Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Sanhuangerdi Decoction in the treatment of postoperative complications of hygrothermal downward injection mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:Sixty-six inpatients with hygrothermal downward injection mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 33)and control group(n = 33).The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the treatment group was treated with Modified Sanhuangerdi Decoction on the basis of routine treatment for 14 days. The postoperative complications(anal pain, anal marginal edema, anal bleeding),the number of painkillers used and the time of wound healing were observed and recorded. The postoperative complications were recorded in the table in the form of integral, and then statistically analyzed. The final results were obtained.Results:1.Both the treatment group and the control group were effective in the treatment of anal pain, anal marginal edema and anal bleeding after mixed hemorrhoids operation, and the treatment group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.On the second day after treatment, there was no significant difference in the improvement of anal pain, anal marginal edema and anal bleeding between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).On the 7th and 14 th day after treatment, the improvement degree of anal pain, anal edema and anal bleeding in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Within 14 days after treatment, the number of painkillers used in the treatment group was significantly less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).4.The wound healing time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).5.The effective rate of the treatment group was 100%,while that of the control group was 90.9%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Modified Sanhuangerdi Decoction for the treatment of hygrothermal downward injection mixed hemorrhoids postoperative anal pain, anal edema, anal bleeding effect is significant, which can significantly reduce the number of painkillers used and promote wound healing. There are no obvious adverse reactions in the process of medication, and the safety is good,so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
