Clinical Observation Of Yiqi Hewei Huayin Decoction To Treatment Pregnant Vomit Of The Weakness Of The Spleen And The Stomach

Objective: Based on the concept of Holism,Yiqi Hewei Huayin Decoction were used to treat Pregnant Vomit of the weakness of the spleen and the stomach.Through observing the observation indexes and safety indexes,compare the clinical efficacy,and provide objective basis for the treatment of Pregnant Vomit.Methods: Sixty six patients of the Pregnant Vomit of the w eakness of the spleen and the stomach,were randomly divided into two groups.During the observation,each group lost one case,a total of 6 4 cases.The control group(32 cases)was treated with Fluid infusion,acupoint application and routine nursing,and the treatment group(32cases)was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.7 days in total treatment.Before and after treatment,each observation index and safety indexes was recorded.Through statistical analysis,observ ing the improvement of nausea and vomiting of the Pregnant Vomit,comparing the clinical efficacy of the two groups,And the effects on naus ea and vomiting,urine ketone body,length of stay in hospital,the level of three items of blood hormone,the main indicators of electrolyte,and recorded the recurrence of the patients in follow-up for 1 month.Results:(1)After treatment,the total effec tive rates of the two groups were 90.63%and 71.88%,respectively.By comparison,P < 0.05,it shows that the two groups are effective in the treatment of this disease,but the treatment group has a higher effect;(2)After treatment,the PUQE score,urine ketone body,the main indicators of electrolyte and length of stay in hospital were compared between the two groups(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment group had more advantages in improving the above observation indexes;(3)Before and after treatment,the two groups in the TCM syndrome score and the level of three items of blood hormone,after comparison,P <0.05,indicating that the two groups have a certain effect after treatment,and the effect is better after treatment than before,and the two groups before and after treatment group comparison,the improve effect of the treatment group is significantly better than the control group;(4)After treatment,the recurrence rate of the two groups was 12.50%in the treatment group and 34.38% in the control group.After comparison,P < 0.05,it showed that the two groups had a certain recurrence rate,but the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower.Conclusion: Yiqi Hewei Huayin Decoction can obviously improve the clinical effect of the Pregnant Vomit of the w eakness of the spleen and the stomach;it can significantly reduce the degree of nausea and vomiting,improve the situation of urine ketone body,shorten the length of stay in hospital and reduce the rate of recurrence;and can improve the level of three items of blood hormone and correct electrolyte disorder,and reduce complications.
