Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia With Spleen And Stomach Weakness Syndrome With Weibing No. 2 Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Weibing Formula 2 in treating functional dyspepsia with spleen and stomach weakness syndrome,and to provide scientific basis for clinical application of this drug.Methods: Eighty patients with functional dyspepsia who met the inclusion criteria and the case criteria were selected and numbered according to the sequence of their visits.The patients were randomly assigned to the observation group(prescription 2 of gastropathy)and the control group(domperidone group),each group having 40 cases.The patients in the observation group were treated with prescription 2 of Chinese medicine for gastropathy,while those in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine Domperidone for 2 weeks.The symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,evaluation of gastrointestinal motility,gastrointestinal hormones,blood routine of safety indicators,liver and kidney function,adverse reactions and 6 of the patients were observed before and after the treatment.Adverse events were followed up after 6 months.Statistical analysis was carried out.Results: Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(p>0.05);there was no statistical difference in gastric emptying rate between the two groups(p>0.05);the GAS index of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the normal group(p<0.01).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(p<0.05);the total effective rate of gastric emptying in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(p<0.05);the GAS indexes in the two groups were improved,and there was a significant difference(p<0.01)between the two groups(p<0.05).Good(p<0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of spleen and stomach weakness syndrome of functional dyspepsia with Chinese herbal medicine No.2 prescription for gastropathy can significantly improve the TCM syndrome,gastric emptying rate and GAS index of patients.Its curative effect is better than that of conventional western medicine treatment,and there is no obvious adverse reaction,and the incidence of adverse events is low.It shows that the treatment of gastropathy prescription 2 has significant clinical efficacy in treating functional dyspepsia with spleen and stomach weakness syndrome,which is worthy of our clinical application and gradual promotion.
