Study On Antiemetic Decoction For Breast Cancer Chemotherapy Induced Vomiting(Weakness Of The Spleen And Stomach Type)

Purpose: By observing the quasi anti-nausea soup treatment of breast cancer postoperativevomiting caused by chemotherapy of clinical effectiveness and safety in order to make clearthe target of indications and the popularization and application, laying the groundwork foraccumulation of theory and clinical promotion.Methods:78patients with breast cancer after surgery adopts FAC scheme chemotherapypatients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group of30cases andcontrol group30cases.(To retain18through loss records) Treatment group using gamlaSiQiong hydrochloride and glucose injection, once, each100ml and anti-nausea soupproject(Inula spend9g, ginseng6g, ginger15g,6g red ochre, main licorice9g, pinellia20g,15g orange peel, bamboo shavings15g, jujube12pieces). Every pay decoction juice300ml,150ml/times, two times a day. Control group, gamla SiQiong hydrochloride and glucoseinjection was used in day time, every time100ml treatment:21days.Result：Observed before and after the clinical observation, observation group effective ratewas83.33%, control group effective rate was66.66%.Clinical control of observation group15cases,6cases were markedly effective, effective4cases,5cases ineffective.The control group,10cases were cured,4cases were markedly effective,6cases,10caseswere invalid.Through the statistical analysis, the curative effect of the curative effect ofobservation group was obviously higher than that of control group.In clinical observation,have not found used anti-nausea soup after the adverse reactions of patients.Conclusion: As prevent nausea and vomiting caused by breast cancer patients afterchemotherapy the preferred formula of ou tang...
