| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of combining press-needle with Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of tinnitus with spleen and stomach weakness,in order to explore a novel and effective research perspective for combining press-needle with Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of this disease.Methods:Sixty subjects with spleen and stomach weakness tinnitus who met the criteria of this trial were collected and randomly divided into 30 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with Chinese medicine Yiqi-Congming decoction,while the observation group was treated with press-needle in combination with Chinese medicine Yiqi-Congming decoction.Both groups were treated for 20 days.Before treatment,after 10 days of treatment and after 20 days of treatment,the tinnitus severity TEQ scale,tinnitus disability THI scale,Chinese medicine evidence score scale,tinnitus loudness VAS scale,sleep PSQI scale,anxiety SAS scale and depression SDS scale were observed in the two groups,and the data collected were processed using SPSS21.0 to analyze and judge the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:1.After 20 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 76.7%,and the total effective rate of the control group was63.3%,the difference between the groups was statistically significant,P<0.05,the efficacy of the observation group was better.2.After 20 days of treatment,the differences between groups in TEQ,THI,VAS and TCM syndrome score scale were statistically significant,P<0.05.The degree of improvement of symptoms in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the recovery of anxiety state and sleep quality in the observation group was also better than that in the control group as found in SAS and PSQI scales.Conclusion:After 20 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and it could significantly improve the anxiety state and sleep quality. |
