Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Sudden Hearing Loss (the Weakness Of Spleen-stomach) By Buzhong Yiqi Decoction

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the treatment of sudden hearing loss(the Weakness of Spleen-stomach),explore the action principle of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the treatment of sudden hearing loss(the Weakness of Spleen-stomach),and provide a more effective clinical method for the treatment of sudden hearing loss.Methods A total with 68 cases of sudden hearing loss were selected from the ENT Department of Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from 1/2017-12/2017.Admission patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the visiting time,including 34 cases in the treatment group and 34 cases in the control group.In the control group,the clinical medication program recommended by the cooperative group of sudden hearing loss and multi center clinical research group was recommended.The treatment group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 15 days,observe the symptoms and signs of the two groups;And the two groups of patients were quantified by all the observation indicators,Observe the scores of two groups before and after treatment.Results 1.Total efficiency: the overall effective rate of the treatment group was 69.44%,and the overall effective rate of the control group was 47.22%,which was statistically significant.2.Accompanying symptoms: intra-group integral comparison: after treatment,the adjoint symptoms of both groups decreased,and the statistical analysis(p<0.05)was statistically significant.Comparison between groups: the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the statistical analysis(p<0.05)was statistically significant.3.TCM syndromes: intra-group integral comparison: after treatment,the scores of the patients in both groups decreased,and the statistical analysis(p<0.05)was statistically significant.Comparison between groups: the improvement of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the statistical analysis(p<0.05)was statistically significant.Conclusion In sudden hearing loss multi-center clinical research group recommended on the basis of clinical regimen plus with filling in Buzhong Yiqi decoction to cure spleen and stomach weak type of sudden deafness has exactcurative effect,and is superior to the simple use of sudden deafness multi-center cli nical research group recommended clinical regimen,safe and reliable,and can be popularized in clinical use.
