Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Ischemic Apoplectic Hemiplegia By The Combination Of Exercise Acupuncture And Thermal Moxibustion

Purpose:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of exercise acupuncture match ed with thermal moxibustion on hemiplegia which caused by ischemic st roke,and compare it with ordinary acupuncture combined with thermal m oxibustion.so as to further optimize the treatment plan of the diseas e,improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the rate of the disability,imp rove the quality of life of patients,and provide reference for clinic al application and research.Methods:All of the 66 cases suffering from hemiplegia which caused by isc hemic stroke observed in this study were from inpatients who visited the Department of Acupuncture and moxibustion of Jiangxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2018 to December 2019.Accord ing to the strict randomized controlled trial(Randomized controlled trial,RCT).Before the beginning of the trial,all patients should sign the informed consent form,and make a random number table with the he lp of SPSS23.0 software according to the simple randomized method.Acc ording to the random number,the patients were equally separate into t wo groups.The treatment one was given exercise acupuncture combined w ith thermal moxibustion treatment,while the control one was treated w ith ordinary acupuncture combined with thermal moxibustion.All the ab ove treatments of patients of the two groups were treated once a day,continuous treatment for 6 days,rest for 1 day,2 weeks as a course oftreatment,there was no interval between the courses of treatment,a t otal of 3 courses of treatment.The neurological deficit score,Fugl-Me yer Assessment score,Barthel index and the total score of Tradition C hinese Medicine symptoms of the two groups were evaluated before as w ell as after treatment.The curative effect was judged with reference to the evaluation standard of Tradition Chinese Medicine syndrome in the Standard of diagnosis and Therapeutic effect of apoplexy in 1996.The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS23.0,and the clinical ef fects of the two methods in the treatment of ischemic stroke hemipleg ia were compared and evaluated,so as to provide reference for clinica l application and research and improve the clinical efficacy.Results:First.After statistical analysis,there was no significant differe nce in the age distribution,sex composition,course of disease,infarct site,hemiplegic side and the main curative effect indexes(including clinical neurological deficit score,Fugl-Meyer Assessment score,Barth el index score and total score of Tradition Chinese Medicine symptoms)between the two groups before treatment.It can be considered that th e baseline data of the two groups are good,balanced and comparable.Second.After treatment,The scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment and Ba rthel Index between the patiengts of both groups were obviously highe r than those before treatment,And the treatment group improved more s ignificantly.The scores of clinical neurological impairment and the t otal score of TCM symptoms between the patiengts of both groups were apparently lower than those before treatment.And the treatment group decreased more significantly.Compare them within and between groups r espectively.The results showed that the patients of the two groups di ffered distinctly in many kinds(P<0.05).That is,exercise acupuncture combined with thermal moxibustion and ordinary acupuncture combined with thermal moxibustion can effectively restore the nerve function and limb function of the patients.To improve the ability of daily life and activities of patients and improve the symptoms of traditional C hinese medicine,it can be considered that the two treatment methods h ave obvious therapeutic effects on ischemic stroke hemiplegia,and the curative effect of the treatment group is superior to that of the co ntrol one.Third.After treatment,the treatment group was cured in 0 cases(0%),significant improvement in 6 cases(20.0%),progress in 16 cases(53.3%),slight improvement in 4 cases(13.3%),no change in 4 cases(13.3%),and deterioration in 0 cases(0%).The total effective rate was 86.7%.While in the control group,0 cases were cured(0%),and 3 cases impr oved distinctly(9.7%),9 cases(29.0%)were improved,11 cases(35.5%)we re improved slightly,8 cases(25.8%)were unchanged,and 0 cases(0%)we re deteriorated after treatment.The total effective rate was 74.2%.In other words,The total efficacy between patients of both groups which are in the state of after treatment was different,and the treatment group was evidently higher than that of the control one.By compariso n,it was found that the difference was giant(P<0.05).This result sh ows that for the curative effect of ischemic stroke hemiplegia,exerci se acupuncture combined with thermal moxibustion is obviously better than ordinary acupuncture combined with thermal moxibustion.Conclusion:First.Both of the two treatments are effective in the treatment o f ischemic stroke hemiplegia;Second.The clinical effect of exercise acupuncture combined with Thermal moxibustion in the treatment of ischemic stroke hemiplegia is significantly better than that of ordinary acupuncture combined with Thermal moxibustion;Third.Exercise acupuncture combined with Thermal moxibustion can promote the recovery of neurological function,upper and lower limb function and activities of daily life in patients who got hemiplegia af ter ischemic stroke,and ameliorate the symptoms of traditional Chines e medicine significantly.This study proves that exercise acupuncture combined with Thermal moxibustion has sufficient advantages in the tr eatment of ischemic stroke hemiplegia,which provides a reference for clinical application and research in the future.
