Effect Of The Different Order Of Interference Between Acupuncture And Exercise Rherapy In The Patient Of Hemiplegia After Stroke

Objective:To investigate the difference of clinical effect in the patients of strokeunder the different order of interference:exercise after acupuncture oracupuncture after exercise.Methods:Taking the patients of hemiplegia after stroke in the period of recoveryinto two sets:A was exercise after acupuncture and B was acupuncture afterexercise. The patients of two groups were recorded the measurements of SEP,FIM and MBI before and after course of treatment. Compared the change of SEP,FIM and MBI on the affected side after treatment at last.Results:The effect estimate of pretherapy & post-therapy:FAM, the scores of A was31.760±22.191 and 76.640±18.104, the scores of B was 32.480±29.517 and 65.640±26.360 respectively. There was a significant difference in FMA scores beforeand after therapy(P=0.000＜0.01);MBI, the scores of A was 26.520±12.066 and62.360±18.502, the scores of B was 28.000±18.914 and 54.480±26.022respectively. There was a significant difference in MBI scores before and aftertherapy(P=0.000＜0.01);SEP, the scores of A was 4.337±3.365 and 5.462±3.625,there was a significant difference in SEP scores before and aftertherapy(P=0.002＜0.01).The scores of B was 3.675±2.972 and 4.200±3.279respectively, there was no significant difference in SEP scores before and aftertherapy(P=0.061＞0.05) though the scores had a raise after therapy. The effect comparison in the different order of interference betweenacupuncture and exercise therapy: FAM, the scores of A was 44.880±18.864 andB was 33.560±20.735 respectively. The statistic difference existed in FMA scoresbetween two sets(P=0.049＜0.05);MBI, the scores of A was 35.840±150.45 and B was26.920±16.980 respectively. The statistic difference existed in BI scoresbetween two sets(P=0.040＜0.05);SEP, the scores of Awas 1.104±1.6245 and B was0.525±1.335 respectively. There was no significant difference in SEP scoresbetween two sets (P=0.175＞0.05).Conclusion:Both acupuncture and exercise therapy could improve the motor function ofthe patients effectively in the period of recovery after stroke, but the effectis not equal in different order of interference between acupuncture and exercisetherapy. There is a significant raise in the set of exercise after acupuncturealthough the indexes of two sets have raises. Inform us to pay attention tostudies of different order of interference in different therapy.
