Objective:To observe acupuncturing at shenshi on the influence of motor function in patients with ischemic stroke hemiplegia.Methods:Fifty cases were randomly divided into treated group (acupuncture at shenshi) and control group(acupuncture not at shenshi), twenty-five cases in each group. The treated group was given the basal therapy. rehabilitation training and was acupunctured at shenshi(three to five in the afternoon), the control group was given the basal therapy、rehabilitation training and was acupunctured at the other time. Their CSS score, BI index score and FMA score were observed and analyzed comparatively.Results:(1)The CSS score of both groups were descended (P<0.01), but there was no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05)(2) The BI index score of both groups were risen (P<0.01), but there was no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05)(3) The FMA score of both groups were risen,(P<0.01), but there was no statistical difference between the two groups (P>0.05)Conclusion:(1)Both of the two groups can descend the CSS score, rise the BI index score and FMA score of ischemic stroke patients with hemiplegia, but the effect is equivalent.(2) Both of the two groups can approve the nerve function, limbs function and activity of daily living of ischemic stroke patients with hemiplegia.
