Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Peng’s eye-acupuncture plusbody-acupuncture on patients with ischemic apoplexy sequela as hemiplegia.Methods:78cases that diagnosed as ischemic stroke in the recover stage withhemiplegia were randomly divided into treatment group and controlgroup(39/group).Two groups were given basic treatment of internal medicine ofneurology,while the control group adopted traditional body acupuncture only,thetreatment group in the control group with Peng’s Acupuncture therapy.Two groupswere both treated for30d.Detect the changes of the function of the limbsmoments,the ability of everyday life and the function of neuron with Fugl-MeyerFMA,Barthel Bl and the clinic impairment of neuronal function before and afterthe treatment.Result:The patients’ gender,age,the course of disease and the impairment ofneuronal function FMA and BI had identity(P>0.05);the clinic effect,impairmentof neuronal function,the function of diseased limbs and the ability of everydaylife of the treatment group are significantly better than the controlgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion: The effect of Peng’s Acupuncture with traditional bodyacupuncture for treating ischemic stroke hemiplegic paralysis at theconvalescent period is significantly better than using the body acupunctureonly,it can improve the patients’ neuronal function rapidly,accelerate therecovery of the diseased limbs,then enhance the independent ability of everydaylife,relieve the agony of patients.The operation of Peng’s Acupuncture is notonly convenient,low cost,less burden,but also beneficial for the economy andsociety.Therefore,the Peng’s Acupuncture is a therapy that deserve widelyapplying in clinic. |
