Clinical Observation Of Scale Points Electroacupuncture Combined With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Ischemic Stroke Convalescent Hemiplegia

Objective: In this study,through Clinical observation of scale points electroacupuncture combined with body acupuncture in the treatment of ischemic stroke convalescent hemiplegia,to found a safe,effective,economical and practical,small side effects,simple operation for clinical treatmentl.Methods: This study was based on a randomized,controlled clinical trial and selected 80 patients who were admitted to acupuncture and moxibustion department of Hebei Provincial Hospital from March 2017 to September 2017 to be eligible for diagnosis and inclusion criteria.The patients were divided into observation group and treatment group with the method of random number table,and each group included 40.The patients in the observation group were treated with conventional intravenous drugs(Yinxingneizhi injection,Naoganjitai injection and Aspirin),and body acupoints(affected side):jianyu(LI 15)? quchi(LI 11)? waiguan(SJ 5)? hegu(LI 4)?yanglingquan(GB 34)?zusanli(ST 36)?fenglong(ST 40)?sanyinjiao(SP 6)?taichong(LR 3),acupuncture points were given acupuncture treatment.Patients in the treatment group received electroacupuncture on the basis of treatment in the observation group.Acupoints:scale point(healthy side):Dingnieqianxiexian,Dingniehouxiexian,Dingpang1 xian,Dingpang2xian;The scalp acupoint was treated with electroacupuncture,.30 minutes each time and manipilated needled once by hand every 10 minutes,then lasted 1minutes.Ordinary acupuncture and electroacupuncture treatment were 10 days for a course of treatment,rest 1d between the two courses.After 4 courses(43 days),observed the clinical efficacy and indicators of patients.In the two groups,ADL score and NDS score were used to assess the patients' daily life abilityand neurological function defec before and after treatment.Results:Through the statistical analysis on the sexy age,sex,course of NDS score and ADL score of the patient before treatment,we found that every index was on the level of P>0.05,had no abvious difference,and could be compared.After treatment,both the NDS score and the ADL score of the two groups of patients improved,and the treatment group was better than the observation group.There was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment and within the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).It also showed that both methods could inprove the patient's neurologic deficits and daily life ability,and the treatment group was better than the observation group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5 and the which was 80.0 in the observation group.The rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Scale points electroacupuncture combined with acupuncture can improve the daily life activities ability,neurologic function and clinical symptoms of patients with ischemic stroke convalesent hemiplegia,and it is a kind of economic cost is small,easy to clinical promotion,operation method.
