Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Lumbodorsal Myofascitis With Ultramicro Needle Knife And Thunder Fire Moxibustion

Objective: Through the observation of the clinical research on the treatment of lumbodorsal myofascitis with ultramicro needle knife and thunder fire moxibustion,we hope to put forward a comprehensive treatment method for lumbodorsal myofascitis,and provide a better technical choice for clinicians to treat this disease.Method : The patients in this research were all from the patients in outpatient and inpatient department of Rehabilitation Department of Jiangxi integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine hospital from February 2019 to November 2019.Simple randomized grouping method was used to group the patients in this research.Sixty patients with lumbodorsal myofascitis were divided into two groups,30 in each group.The observation group was treated with ultramicro needle knife and thunder fire moxibustion once every three days,a total treatment for half a month;the control group was treated with Traditional acupuncture and moxibustion once a day,and rested for one day after six days of continuous treatment.A total treatment for half a month.The visual pain simulation score and the disability index score of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded,and statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS 22.0 software to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Result:(1)Comparison of basic data: there was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups in gender,age and course of disease.(2)Comparison of visual pain simulation score(VAS): Before treatment,the visual pain simulation score of the control group was 5.97 ± 1.25,and that of the observation group was 6.03 ± 1.27.According to the independent sample t-test analyzed,P(29)0.05,the difference was not significant.It had clinical comparability.After treatment,the visual pain simulation score of the control group was 2.20 ± 1.47,and that of the observation group was 1.47 ± 1.25.According to the independent sample t-test analyzed,P(27)0.05,the difference was significant.The visual pain simulation score before and after treatment in the control group,According to the paired sample t-test analyzed,P(27)0.01,the difference was very significant.The visual pain simulat ion score before and after treatment in the observation group,According to the paired sample t-test analyzed,P(27)0.01,the difference was very significant.(3)Comparison of disability index score(ODI): Before treatment,the disability index score of the control group was(64.63±14.44)(4),and that of the observation group was(65.13±14.21)(4).According to the independent sample t-test analyzed,P(29)0.05,the difference was not significant.It had clinical comparability.After treatment,the disability index score of the control group was(22.27±14.71)(4),and that of the observation group was(15.83±12.01)(4).According to the independent sample t-test analyzed,P(27)0.05,the difference was significant.The disability index score before and after treatment in the control group,According to the paired sample t-test analyzed,P(27)0.01,the difference was very significant.The disability index score before and after treatment in the observation group,According to the paired sample t-test analyzed,P(27)0.01,the difference was very significant.(4)Clinical efficacy comparison: the control group cured 3 cases,markedly effective 14 cases,effective 10 cases,ineffective 3 cases,the recovery rate was 56.67(4),and the total effective rate was 90.00(4).The observation group cured 5 cases,markedly effective 20 cases,effective 4 cases,ineffective 1 case,the recovery rate was 83.33(4),and the total effective rate was 96.67(4).By rank sum test analysis,P(27)0.05,the difference was significant.Conclusion:(1)The clinical effect of ultramicro needle knife combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of lumbodorsal myofascitis is accurate,which can effectively improve the patients’ lumbodorsal pain and function,and the effect is better than the traditional acupuncture and moxibustion.(2)Ultramicro needle knife can release the superficial fascia,which is not easy to injure the large nerves and blood vessels,and has high safety.It can save the treatment time of patients by combining with thunder fire moxibustion once every three days,which is worthy of clinical application.
