Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Bronchial Asthma(cold Asthma) With The Method Of Xuanfei Jiejing And Wenfei Huatan

Objective: To observe the effectiveness and safety of the method of Xuanfei Jiejing and Wenfei Huatan in treating bronchial asthma(cold asthma),and preliminarily explore the mechanism of the method of Xuanfei Jiejing and Wenfei Huatan in treating bronchial asthma(cold asthma),so as to provide basis for the clinical application and promotion of the method of Xuanfei Jiejing and Wenfei Huatan in treating bronchial asthma(cold asthma).Methods: 70 outpatients in department 2 of respiratory department of Hebei provincial hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine who met the diagnosis of bronchial asthma(cold asthma)were divided into treatment group and control group by using the method of random number table.Each group had 35 cases.The control group was given salmeterol fluticasone powder inhalation(50μg/250μg),one suction at a time,and twice per day.On this basis,the treatment group was given Xuanfei Jiejing and Wenfei Huatan decoction,one dose per day,twice per day.The course of treatment for both groups was 14 days.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated and EOS,Ig E,IL-6,FEV1,PEF variation rate,Fe NO,ACT score,SGRQ score,TCM symptom score,safety indexes were compared before and after treatment.Spss26.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results:1.After treatment,35 patients in the control group and the treatment group lost 1 case each,34 cases in each group completed the study.The total effective rate of the control group was 85.29%,and that of the treatment group was 94.12%,there was a statistical difference in clinical effect between the two groups,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.The TCM symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were improved compared with those before treatment.There was statistical difference between the two groups,the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the ACT scores of the both groups were improved than that before treatment.And there was statistical difference between the two groups,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).4.The SGRQ scores after treatment in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Compared with before treatment,the FEV1 and variation rates of PEF in the two groups were improved after treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing PEF variation rate(P<0.05).6.Fe NO decreased after treatment in both groups,and decreased more obviously in the treatment group(P<0.05).7.EOS,Ig E,IL-6 in both groups decreased after treatment compared with before treatment,and the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).8.No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment.Before and after the treatment,there were no abnormalities in general items examination,liver function,kidney function,urine routine,blood routine,chest alignment and electrocardiogram in the two groups.Conclusion:The method of Xuanfei Jiejing and Wenfei Huatan can improve the clinical effect of patients with bronchial asthma(cold asthma),effectively relieve asthma symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients with asthma,reduce the level of airway inflammation,improve lung function,and is safe in clinical application.
