Based On Data Mining Technology, Professor Yang Jinxiang Was Investigated For The Treatment Of Reflux Esophagitis

Reflux esophagitis(RE)is the esophageal mucosa erosion,ulcer and other inflammatory lesions caused by gastroduodenal contents.It is a kind of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).Reflux esophagitis is the disease of modern medicine,in the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine according to the acid reflux,heartburn,retrosternal burning discomfort,chest pain,dysphagia and different clinical manifestations,and have a different name,such as "acid regurgitation" "chest pain","dysphagia","globus hystericus",etc.The treatment of western medicine mainly focuses on symptomatic treatment,although the symptoms can be improved,but the overall effect is not good,and there are many problems such as recurrence and side effects.In clinical practice,TCM treatment has achieved better curative effect,which has obvious help to the improvement of patients' symptoms and improvement of quality of life.Objective:Through collecting the basic information of RE patients treated by the professor Yang Jinxiang in clinic and the first prescription,using the frequency analysis,association rule data mining methods of analysis and clustering analysis,we will go to explore the drug compatibility rule when professor Yang Jinxiang diagnoses and treats RE,thus summarize his clinical experience and academic thought for the treatment of the disease and realize the effective inheritance of his experience.Methods:A total of 156 patients were diagnosed as RE in The third affiliated hospital of Beijing university of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2016 to January 2018.Patients' name,gender,age,RE classification and Chinese medicine primary prescription are collected and input the "Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)"software provided by the institute of Chinese Medicine of China Academy of TCM.By using the software of "statistical report system" and "data analysis system",we will analyze the input of data,at the same time high frequency Chinese medicine in accordance with the classification method of "science of Chinese materia medica" and the effect in the pharmacopoeia is classified artificially and calculated to get the frequency statistics.Results:1.Among 156 RE patients,105 were females,accounting for 67.31%.Men were 51,accounting for 32.69%.The youngest was 23 and the oldest was 79,with an average age of 54.94 plus or minus 13.04.There were 87 cases of LA-A,53 cases of LA-B,12 cases of LA-C,and 4 cases of LA-D,with 55.77%.33.98%,7.69%and 2.56%,respectively.Among them,there were 47 cases of the helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infection,109 cases with no H.pylori infection,and 30.13%and 69.87%respectively.2.According to the four properties analysis,the frequency of cold and warm nature drugs was more frequent,1249 and 968 respectively.According to the analysis of five flavours,there were more frequent use of bitter,acrid and sweet drugs,respectively,1658,1241 and 1019.According to the frequency analysis,the frequency of liver,stomach and spleen in the drugs used in the drug was higher,which was 1570,1331 and 1285 respectively.The frequency of all drugs was statistically analyzed,and the results showed that there are 49 kind of Chinese medicine with frequency of more than 20 times,which was a high frequency drug.In the statistics of frequency classified by high frequency drug efficacy,there are many types,such as heat-clearing drugs,damp-clearing drugs,expectorant cough suppressant and antiasthmatic drugs,drugs for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis and qi-regulating drugs.According to association rules in the medicine,the top five were "artemisia apiacea,cynanchum paniculatum","coptis,fructus evodiae","artemisia apiacea,fructus evodiae""coptis,artemisia apiacea","coptis,artemisia apiacea,fructus evodiae".The core prescription in the association rules is:artemisia apiacea,cynanchum paniculatum,fructus evodiae,coptis,semen plantaginis,orental wormwood,concha arcae,thunberg fritillary bulb,atractylodes,cuttlebone,red ocher,and inula flower.According to clustering analysis,there are 12 kind of the new party:(1)citron,bergamot,poria cocos,semen raphani(2)radix paeoniae alba,fructus arctii,rhizoma atractylodis,akebia fruit,reed rhizome(3)orental wormwood,astragalus membranaceus,radix achyranthis bidentatae,atractylodes,poria cocos(4)amomum cardamomum,bergamot,perilla stem,radix notoginseng,cattail pollen(5)frctus gardeniae,fructus evodiae,thunberg fritillary bulb,reed rhizome(6)yam rhhizome,polygonum,lysimachia chistnae hance,fringed pink,mint(7)radix notoginseng,chinese actinidia root,snow of June herb,cattail pollen(8),rhizoma anemarrhenae,lalang grass rhizome,lobelia,radix trichosanthis(9)cuttlebone,frctus gardeniae,coptis,fructus evodiae,reed rhizome(10)cuttlebone,coptis,fructus evodiae,radix curcumae,salvia miltiorrhiza,loofah sponge(11)radices sileris,betel nut,platycodon grandiflorum,myrobalan,the shell of areca nut(12)betel nut,immature bitter orange,radish seed,radix platycodi,the shell of areca nut.Conclusions:Professor Yang Jinxiang treats RE patients with cold and warm drugs.The drugs are mostly liver,stomach and spleen in channel tropism.Professor Yang Jinxiang gets accustomed to clearing stomach heat,reducing phlegm and dampness,lowering the stomach Qi and smoothing liver Qi,at the same time paying attention to protect the spleen and stomach and combining differentiation of disease with syndrome differentiation,so that the patients will comfort and get good clinical effect.
