| Objective:Based on the Chinese medicine inheritance support system,through the retrospective analysis of Professor Guan Xiaohong's clinical data on the treatment of lichen planus,and collected data were statistically analyzed,and the characteristics of drug use and clinical diagnosis and treatment experience of Professor Guan in the treatment of lichen planus were summarized,in order to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods:Collected and summarized the clinical records of lichen planus treated by Professor Guan Xiaohong in the outpatient service in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2017 to December 2020,after screening according to the standards,the data of the selected clinical records will be input into Traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(V2.5),using the "clinical acquisition" and "management" modules,"statistics" and "data analysis" module function for data mining and analysis,summarized Pro.Guan's experience in the treatment of this disease.Results:In this study,there were 85 cases and 85 prescriptions of lichen planus met the inclusion criteria.According to the systematic analysis,the results were as follows:1.In this study,there were 36 male patients(42.35%)and 49 female patients(57.65%),with a male to female ratio of about 1:1.36.The incidence rate of female patients was slightly higher than that of male patients,and the age of patients was concentrated between 30 and 60 years old,accounting for 62.4% of the total population in this study.2.The syndrome types involved in this study included 31 cases of wind-heat obstruction syndrome(36.47%),23 cases of liver-kidney Yin deficiency syndrome(27.06%),14 cases of spleen deficiency damp-heat syndrome(16.47%),12 cases of rheumatism skin accumulation syndrome(14.12%),and 5 cases of blood stasis meridians syndrome(5.88%).3.A total of85 prescriptions were included in this study,involving 124 traditional Chinese medicines,and the top 10 Chinese medicines in frequency were:Cortex Moutan,Herba Hedyotis Flos,Gardenia Gardenia,Soil Poraing Cocos,Cortex Albizia,Atractylodes,Licorice Radix,Gardenia,Raw radix rehmanniae,Radix sileris.4.The main drug categories are heat clearing drugs,tonic drugs,blood activating and stasis removing drugs,surface relieving drugs and dampness treating drugs(diuretic and dampness infiltrating drugs combined with dampness resolving drugs).5.According to the statistics of channel tropism of four Qi and five flavors,four Qi is mainly cold,flat and warm,five flavors are mainly sweet,bitter and pungent,and channel tropism is mainly liver,spleen,stomach,heart,lung and kidney.6.Based on association rule analysis,23 TCM combinations were obtained,including9 TCM ingredients in total.According to the analysis of the rule of prescription composition based on entropy clustering,a total of 9 new combinations of4-6traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion:1.Pro.Guan considered that the disease of lichen planus was mainly caused by the syndrome of wind,dampness,heat,blood stasis and deficiency,which was mainly caused by the liver,kidney and spleen.2.Pro.Guan mainly treated the disease with heat clearing drugs,tonic drugs,blood activating and stasis removing drugs,dampness treating drugs and exterior resolving drugs.Four Qi is mainly cold,flat and warm,five flavors are mainly sweet,bitter and pungent,and channel tropism is mainly liver,spleen,stomach,heart,lung and kidney.Commonly used drugs are Cortex Moutan,Herba Hedyotis Flos,Gardenia Gardenia,Soil Poraing Cocos,Cortex Albizia,Atractylodes,Licorice Radix,Gardenia,Raw radix rehmanniae,Radix sileris,etc.3.Pro.Guan thinks that the disease should be treated with four diagnostic methods,focusing on the skin.The treatment should focus on eliminating pathogenic factors,giving consideration to the deficiency of the essence,making good use of skin drugs,treating skin with skin,and clinical application experience of huaban Jiedu decoction. |
