Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Rosacea With Xiehuang Qingwei Decoction Combined With Red,Blue And Yellow Light Irradiation

Objective:To observe the Clinical Observation on Treatment of Rosacea with Xiehuang Qingwei Decoction Combined with Red,Blue and Yellow light Irradiation.Methods:60 patients with Rosacea with spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in the treatment group were treated with oral Xiehuang Qingwei Decoction.30 patients in the control group were treated with tanshinone capsule,Both groups were irradiated with red,blue and yellow light,and Longzhu ointment was used externally.The scores and total scores of erythema area,telangiectasia,papules,pustules,burning and itching symptoms were evaluated before and after treatment,and the improvement of TCM syndromes was recorded before and after treatment.the sensitivity was detected under the three-light spectrum magic mirror before and after treatment,and the decline index of the total score was used as the standard.Results: After treatment,the skin lesions,TCM symptoms and sensitivity of the two groups were improved,and the symptom scores and total scores of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in sensitivity between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiehuang Qingwei Decoction combined with red,blue and yellow light irradiation can effectively improve patients’ facial skin symptoms with definite curative effect and no obvious side effects,so it has clinical application value.
