Observation On Curative Effect Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Red And Blue Light In Treating Gastrointestinal Damp-Heat

Objective:Observation on the clinical effect of the prescription combined with red and blue light in the treatment of gastrointestinal damp-heat acne,meanwhile,evaluating and analyzing the psychological factors of depression,anxiety,stigma and psychological flexibility associated with the disease.Methods:80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(n=38)and control group(n=36),that is already removed 6 of these patients.Patients in treatment group admit the traditional Chinese medicine combined with the red and blue light therapy and the control takes Tanshinone Capsules.Comparing the patients' skin lesions and TCM syndrome score of the two groups to determine the overall efficacy before treatment and treatment of the 2,4,8 weeks;At the same time,comparing the psychological factors of patients before and after treatment by respectively using HAMD,HAMA,ISMI,CD-RISC.Results:1.After 8 weeks of treatment,the totle effective rate of the treatment group is 94.74%and the control group is 83.33%.The improve situation in treatment group is better than that in control one by analysing of skin lesions(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.2.After 8 weeks of treatment,the subjective syndromes lesions of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment group is better than that in control one,too(P<0.05).3.After the treatment,and in terms of relieving psychological symptoms of depression,anxiety,stigma and Psychological flexibility,the treatment group is also better(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The prescription combined with red and blue light can effectively improve the symptom points of acne patients(gastrointestinal damp-heat).2.The prescription combined with red and blue light on the psychological factors of acne patients(depression,anxiety,stigma and psychological flexibility)have an intervention;3.Chinese medicine combined with red and blue light is a safe and effective way to treat acne(gastrointestinal damp heat).
