Objective:Observe the wormwood Zhi joint blue light yellow oral liquid on the clinical curative effect of neonatal jaundice steaming hot and humid depressive syndromeMethod:(1) Selection in October 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital 138 cases of neonatal jaundice treated were measured with percutaneous total bilirubin (TCB) and serum bilirubin measurement (TSB) method, select 106 cases of children with neonatal steaming hot and humid depression syndrome as the research data, randomly divided into observation group and control group 53 cases, analyze the related risk factors for neonatal jaundice, explore the illness severity of neonatal jaundice.(2) Control group adopts pure blue light treatment, the observation group in the control group on the basis of combination of wormwood Zhi yellow oral liquid treatment, observation analysis of general data and clinical effect of two groups of children.Results:(1)Determination of transcutaneous bilirubin, clinical diagnostic accuracy was 97.83%; The determination of serum bilirubin, clinical diagnostic accuracy was 71.01%. Neonatal jaundice related factors mainly include:gestational age, sex, birth weight, premature rupture of membranes, cranial hematoma, etc. Among them, with the increase of fetal gestational age and weight, incidence of neonatal jaundice was significantly decrease (P< 0.05); Premature rupture of membranes and time, open milk time, meconium discharge time prolonged, lead to the rise in the incidence of neonatal jaundice (P< 0.05). Through multiple factors regression analysis, gestational age, birth weight factors is the main protection of neonatal jaundice (P< 0.05), and premature rupture of membranes, milk time, mother and child blood out and compatriots have the jaundice is a major risk factor for neonatal jaundice disease severity increase (P< 0.05).(2) There was no statistically significant difference in the two groups of children with general data (P> 0.05). Treatment group after treatment effectiveness 96.22%, control group treatment effectiveness 71.70%, significant difference (P< 0.05). Serum bilirubin level is better than the control group after treatment group, the significant difference (P< 0.05). Two groups of serum bilirubin level recovery and jaundice duration comparison, observation group were better than control group (P< 0.05). Two groups of children with blue light treatment time and hospitalization time, observation group is better than that of control group (P< 0.05). Treatment process in two groups of children and compare the incidence of adverse reactions, after treatment group is lower than as (P< 0.05). The effect of two groups of patients to treatment satisfaction with the comparison, observation group is better than that of control group (P< 0.05).Conclusion:(1) Percutaneous determination of bilirubin can effectively replace the serum bilirubin, obvious advantages in the detection results and parents recognition degree, higher diagnostic rate, strong repeatability, small risk, operating more simple. There are many related factors and neonatal jaundice, gestational age, birth weight of newborn jaundice is the main protective factors, and premature rupture of membranes, milk time, mother and child blood out and compatriots have jaundice is the major risk factors for neonatal jaundice disease severity is aggravating.(2)The blue light treatment of vulnerable to jaundice, light irradiation time length, area, the factors of children with light skin and cause side effects. Wormwood Zhi yellow oral liquid in herba artemisiae capillaris, gardenia, and drugs such as radix as the main ingredients, no stimulation effect of intestines and stomach, no obvious adverse reactions and side effects. A combination of both can effectively improve after treatment in children with serum bilirubin levels, now reduces duration of jaundice, reduce the blue light, time and duration of hospitalization, reduce adverse reactions.
