Clinical Observation Of Shuanghua Qingre Decoction Combined With Red-yellow Light In Treatment Of Rosacea With Wind-heat Type Of Lung Meridian

Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Shuanghua Qingre Decoction combined with red-yellow light on the wind-heat type of lung meridian of Rosacea.Methods: Sixty patients with lung meridian wind-heat syndrome of Rosacea were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(30 cases)was treated with Shuanghua Qingre decoction,LED red-yellow light irradiation,external use of butyl flufenamate ointment;the control group(30 cases)oral tanshinone capsules,LED red-yellow light irradiation,topical butyl flufenamate ointment.Before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment,the scores and total scores of patients’ self-conscious symptoms such as erythema area,capillary dilatation,burning,drying,itching,stinging,and eye discomfort were evaluated.The changes of TCM syndrome and quality of life index(DLQI)before and after treatment were collected.The roughness of facial skin before and after treatment was detected by tri-spectral magic mirror,which was used to evaluate the overall efficacy.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment,the skin lesions,conscious symptoms,TCM syndromes and skin roughness of the two groups were improved,and the quality of life of the patients was improved.The scores of skin lesions andself-conscious symptoms,total scores,TCM syndrome scores and quality of life scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the curative effect was better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The value of skin roughness under tri-spectral magic mirror in the treatment group was slightly different from that in the control group,and the improvement degree was not significantly different(P > 0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33 %,and that of the control group was 80 %.The overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Shuanghua Qingre Decoction combined with red-yellow light in the treatment of lung meridian wind-heat type Rosacea curative effect,can effectively improve the skin lesions,reduce the symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients.2.The clinical efficacy of Shuanghua Qingre Decoction is better than tanshinone capsules,no obvious side effects,effective and safe.
