Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Simple Rhinitis In Children With Weak Lung And Spleen By Pressing Needle Combined With Oral Chinese Medicine

Objective:This study is to observe the clinical efficacy of press needle acupoint embedding combined with oral Chinese medicine in the treatment of children with chronic simple rhinitis of lung and spleen deficiency type,so as to provide evidence-based medical basis for press needle acupoint embedding in the treatment of this disease,and explore an effective method for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods:60 cases of children with chronic simple rhinitis were selected from the Department of Otorhinolaryngology,Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of traditional Chinese medicine,and diagnosed as lung and spleen deficiency type.Using random number table method,60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in both groups.The treatment group was treated with pressing needle combined with Shing Ling Baizhu powder,and the control group was treated with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray(nasuasa)and nasal spray at the same time.As there is no neishuna in our hospital,the children’s home is ordered to be purchased by Qilu hospital.The changes of nasal symptoms,systemic symptoms and signs were observed before and after the treatment.The data were recorded before and at the end of the treatment.The statistical software SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the data and draw relevant conclusions.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%,and that of the control group was 73.3%.By analyzing the symptoms of the treatment group before and after treatment,the scores of each factor in the treatment group before and after treatment were significantly different(P < 0.01).Comparing the difference of scores of each factor before and after treatment between the two groups,the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.01)in snoring,mouth opening breathing,hypoolfaction,headache and dizziness,nasal secretion and nasal mucosa;The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in tongue,fatigue and pulse between the two groups(P > 0.05).After the end of treatment,the grade relationship data of the two groups were compared,and the analysis showed that there was a very significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01).The rank average value of the treatment group(22.15)was lower than that of the control group(38.85),and the total rank of the treatment group(664.50)was lower than that of the control group(1165.50),which proved that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:press needle combined with Shenling Baizhu powder can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of children with chronic simple rhinitis.The method is simple and can be widely used in clinic.
