Abstract/Summary:
Purpose:In this study,we observed the therapeutic effect of acupuncture at Yingxiang,Yintang,Shangxing,Fengmen,Pishu,Feishu,Zusanli and other acupoints combined with the drug "tongbimin" on AR with deficiency of lung qi and spleen,so as to provide clinical data for acupuncture combined with drug in the treatment of AR,and guide the research of acupuncture combined with drug in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Method:According to the principle of randomized controlled trials,60 patients with allergic rhinitis with lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group used acupuncture combined with oral "nasal sensitivity",while the control group used only oral "nasal sensitivity" for 30 days. The evaluation content of this study mainly includes the following aspects: nasal symptom points, physical signs points,TCM syndrome points,RQLQ points, total curative effect points, etc."The difference in efficacy.Result:1.After collecting basic patient information,it was found that there was no significant statistical difference in the data of the two groups of patients before diagnosis and treatment. The experimental samples have good contrast and meet the basic requirements for conducting clinical controlled trials.2.Evaluation of nasal symptom score: The total symptom score and each sub-item of the treatment group and the control group were significantly improved(P <0.05),and the curative effect comparison between the two groups after treatment(P> 0.05);3.Evaluation of physical scores: The curative effect before and after treatment showed no statistical difference in the comparison within the group(P> 0.05),and the treatmentgroup was better than the control group(P <0.05);4.Evaluation of TCM syndromes: the treatment group had a significant effect(P <0.05);the control group improved the results(P> 0.05);5.Evaluation of RQLQ points: there was a statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group(P <0.05);6.Overall effect evaluation: Acupuncture points of Yingxiang,Yintang,Shangxing,Fengmen,Feishu,Pishu,Zusanli and other points were treated with acupuncture and oral "tong nose sensitive" drugs in 30 patients,of which 10 were markedly effective. There were 18 effective patients and 2 ineffective patients. The total effective rate of treatment was as high as 93.33%.Compared with the patients in the control group who were only treated with "tong nose sensitive" drugs, the patients in the control group showed significant results in 7 cases,14 cases were effective, and 9 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 70.00%.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with "Tong Bi Min" therapy and simple "Tong Bi Min" both have a good effect in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.2.The two treatments have obvious effects in improving nasal symptoms such as nasal congestion and runny nose, and there is no statistical difference;the two treatments have not improved the nasal signs, but the treatment group is slightly better than the control group;Acupuncture combined with "Tong Bi Min" can obviously improve the TCM syndromes of patients, improve the quality of daily life, and the overall effect is better than that of "Tong Bi Min".Therefore, acupuncture combined with "Tong Bi Min"drugs in the treatment of allergic rhinitis has more clinical significance.3.Acupuncture combined with "nasal sensitivity" therapy has good safety and is easily accepted by patients.
