Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Chinese Materia Medica Decoction In Treatment Of Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency Type Simple Obesity

Objective: Through the observation of acupuncture combined with Jianpi Wenshen Decoction treatment of simple obesity clinical curative effect of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency type,evidence on the theory of " Jianpi Wenshen " in the treatment of obesity of academic ideas,as acupuncture provide objective theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment of obesity.Methods: This research adopts randomized method will be included in the standard of 69 patients with simple obesity were divided into 3 groups,the combination of acupuncture with medicine treatment group 23 cases,taking treatment of traditional Chinese medicines,daily 1 agent,acupuncture treatment at the same time,1 day,10 times for a period of treatment,2 months;Traditional Chinese medicine treatment group 23 cases,taking treatment of traditional Chinese medicines,daily 1 agent,treatment 2 months;Acupuncture treatment group 23 cases,only accept acupuncture treatment,day 1 agent,treatment 2 months.Observe and record before and after treatment in patients with height,weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,waist hip ratio,quantitative TCM symptom integral and curative effect and the change of blood lipid.All the data to SPSS21.0statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:(1)Body weight,BMI,WHR,three way before and after comparison before and after treatment in terms of body weight,BMI,WHR,there are significant differences(P< 0.05),with statistical significance.(2)the blood fats: three groups before treatment the serum total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)and comparing two values,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C value decreased,higher HDL-C value,the difference was statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.05);TC,TG,LDL-C value after treatment decreased significantly,compared with traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture group significant difference(P<0.05),HDL-C value increases significantly,compared with traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture group significant difference(P<0.05);(3)TCM symptoms integral: three groups of TCM syndrome integral compared with before treatment with statistical difference(P<0.05),the combination of acupuncture with medicine group compared with the traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture group integral decreased,with statistical difference(P<0.05).(4)clinical efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine: on three groups of patients after treatment of TCM symptoms curative effect,the combination of acupuncture with medicine group of 23 cases,8 cases were markedly effective,effective13 cases,2 had no effect,the clinical total effective rate was 91.3%;Chinese traditional medicine group of 22 cases,3 cases were markedly improved,effective 10 cases,9 had no effect,clinical total effective rate was 59.1%,the acupuncture group and 22 patients in 5 cases were markedly improved,effective in 12 cases,5 cases ineffective,the clinical total effective rate was77.2%,three groups of clinical symptoms and signs were improved to different extent;The combination of acupuncture with medicine group compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group have significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture and moxibustion is an effective method for treating the deficiency of the spleen and spleen in the spleen and spleen,which is more effective than the traditional Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group.Based on the clinical guidance of the theory of "invigorating the spleen and spleen" for the treatment of obesity,the acupuncture and TCM groups are effective and effective.
