Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Jiaji Point Combined With Shensong Yangxin Capsule In The Treatment Of Premature Ventricular Beats

Objective: To observe the 24-hour Holter PVB,Myerburg classification,total heart beats,TCM symptoms and syndrome scores in patients with Qi-yin deficiency and heart and collateral stasis type PVB treated by acupuncture at Jiaji acupoint,and to evaluate the clinical effect of acupuncture Jiaji acupoint combined with Shensong Yangxin capsule on PVB with routine acupuncture as control group.In order to provide more effective clinical intervention for PVB patients.Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture Jiaji point and Shensong Yangxin capsule,while the control group was treated with acupuncture alone.Before and after treatment,the 24-hour Holter PVB,TCM symptom and symptom score,Myerburg grade were recorded,and the collected data were statistically analyzed to compare the difference of curative effect.Results: 1.24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram PVB comparison:the difference between the two groups before and after treatment is P<0.05,which is statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the number of PVB.2.Myerburg grading score comparison: the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was P<0.05,which showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the Myerburg grading score of ventricular premature patients.3.Holter total stroke number comparison: the difference between the two groups before and after treatment Holter the total stroke number was P<0.05,which was statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the total stroke number Holter ventricular premature patients.4.Single symptom score comparison: before and after treatment,the difference group P<0.01 in palpitation,insomnia and total score,with significant statistical significance.0.05 in chest tightness,fatigue,self-sweating,night sweating,dry mouth and dry pharynx,P<0.05 in shortness of breath,no statistical significance.indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving palpitations,chest tightness,fatigue,spontaneous sweating,night sweats,dry mouth and throat,insomnia and TCM syndromes,Both have the same effect in improving shortness of breath.5.Total clinical efficacy comparison: the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 53.3%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture at Jiaji acupoint and taking Shensong Yangxin capsule can significantly improve the 24-hour Holter ventricular premature beats,Myerburg classification,and total heart beat rate in patients with Qi-yin deficiency and heart collateral stasis type PVB,TCM symptoms and syndrome scores,and improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the clinical effect is better than that of conventional acupuncture group.
