Objects : Through the study on the treatment of premature ventricular beat(PVB)of coronary heart disease(CHD)by NINGXIN ANSHEN method, the curative effect of this method on VPB of CHD was discussed.Method:In this study, patients who met the inclusion criteria in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Department of Cardiovascular Diseases Ward(December2020-December 2021)were used as data sources.60 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,30 cases in each group.During the treatment,2 cases in the control group dropped out,and 1 case in the treatment group dropped out.On the basis of routine medication for coronary heart disease, both groups were given oral bisoprolol in the control group, while the treatment group was given Ningxin Anshen method prescription, and the treatment cycle was 2 weeks. Before and after treatment, the TCM syndrome scores,24-hour dynamic ECG number of premature ventricular beats,HRV time-domain indicators, and PSQI scale scores were observed and recorded in the two groups, and their safety and adverse reactions were evaluated.Results:1.TCM syndrome score: compare the before and after efficacy of the TCM syndrome individual score and total score between the two groups, the results were significantly decreased(P<0.05);the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant study meaning.2.The total curative effect of TCM syndromes: the overall curative effect of the two groups of patients was significant, the total effective rate(86.21%)of the treatment group was 11.1% higher than that of the control group(75.00%);the curative effect of the treatment group was tested compared to the control group There are obvious advantages and statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the number of premature ventricular beats: The PVB frequency displayed by dynamic electrocardiogram in both groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05);4.Comparison of the total curative effect of premature ventricular contractions: After treatment, the total effective rate of premature beats in the treatment group was 93.10% higher than that in the control group, which was64.29%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Heart rate comparison: After the treatment, the heart rate of the two groups could be reduced, and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).6.Comparison of heart rate variability(SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD,PNN50): After treatment,HRV-related parameters in the two groups were increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.PSQI score: Compared with the control group, the treatment group has significant differences in improving sleep quality, sleep efficiency, sleep time,sleep-onset time and total score of patients with insomnia compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Ningxin Anshen method can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease with premature ventricular contractions(heart deficiency and cowardice syndrome),reduce the number of premature ventricular contractions, and improve sleep quality, with significant clinical efficacy and no adverse reactions.2.The Ningxin Anshen method can improve the heart rate variability of patients with coronary heart disease with premature ventricular contractions(deficiency of the heart)and regulate the autonomic nervous function, which is worthy of clinical application.
