| Objective: This study was conducted to observe the clinical efficacy of guipi decoction with acupuncture in the treatment of ventricular premature beats in coronary heart disease(heart and spleen deficiency type).Methods: Sixty patients were included according to the inclusion criteria and randomly divided into control group A,control group B,and treatment group C.Twenty patients in each group were given conventional medication plus acupuncture in control group A,conventional medication plus Guipi decoction in control group B,and Guipi decoction combined with acupuncture on top of conventional medication in treatment group C.The trial period was 4 weeks,and the clinical efficacy of guipi decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of ventricular premature beats in coronary heart disease(heart and spleen deficiency type)was evaluated by comprehensively assessing the changes in TCM symptom score,TCM symptom efficacy,change in the number of ventricular premature beats,dynamic electrocardiogram efficacy,and quality of life score in the three groups at the end of the trial.Results:(1)By statistical analysis,there was no statistical difference in the distribution of gender,age,underlying disease and disease duration among the three groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.(2)Comparison of TCM symptom scores: there was no difference in statistical results between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of all three groups decreased,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and control group B and treatment group C were better than control group A.The difference between control group B and treatment group C was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).(3)Chinese medical evidence of efficacy: 94.74% in treatment group C,89.47% in control group B,and 57.89% in control group A.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)when comparing the three groups,control group B and treatment group C were superior to control group A,and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)when comparing control group B with treatment group C.(4)Changes in the number of ventricular premature beats: There was no statistical difference in the number of ventricular premature beats in the three groups before treatment(P>0.05),and after treatment in the three groups,there was a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05),with control group B being superior to control group A,and treatment group C being superior to control group B and significantly superior to control group A.(5)Comparison of the total efficacy of dynamic ECG: 94.74% in treatment group C,89.47% in control group B,and 63.15% in control group A.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)when comparing the three groups.(vi)Comparison of Seattle scale scores: control group B and treatment group C could significantly improve physical activity tolerance,angina pectoris stability status,treatment satisfaction,disease awareness and reduce angina pectoris attack frequency compared with control group A(all P<0.05).Conclusion: In this study,a comparative study between the control group and the treatment group showed that guipi decoction with acupuncture can effectively treat ventricular premature beats in heart and spleen deficiency type of coronary heart disease,can significantly improve the Chinese medical evidence,can significantly reduce the number of ventricular premature beats,reduce the risk of malignant arrhythmia,and improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients with coronary heart disease,and this protocol is safe and effective with no serious adverse effects during treatment. |
