Study On The Formulation And Promotion Of The Grassroots Guidelines For Childhood Asthma By Jingfang

Objective To form a basic diagnosis and treatment guideline for the treatment of childhood asthma by Jingfang and evaluate its application.Methods 1.Retrieving literature on childhood asthma through multiple databases,using different methods to evaluate the quality of different types of literature and forming a questionnaire;2.Using the Delphi method and holding a research group seminar to discuss the diagnosis criteria,syndrome types,key points of syndrome and prescriptions formed a unified expert opinion,and formulated the "Guideline for the Treatment of Children’s Asthma Primary Diagnosis and Treatment";3.Promote clinicians to ues the guideline and fill questionnaire about the Guideline.Results A total of 229 documents that met the standards were included in the previous literature research,and 29 high-quality documents were selected.After two rounds of expert questionnaires and group seminars,the scope of application of the guidelines was defined,the diagnostic criteria were further improved,two new types of childhood asthma were added,and the "Guidelines for Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Children’s Asthma Treated by Classical Prescriptions" were formed.36 clinicians from 24 units gave feedback on the guidelines.The guideline quality level score ranged from 4.5 to 5.361,and the application status score fluctuated from3.778 to 5.611.The most important area for improvement was to improve the applicability of the guidelines.The results that need to be absorbed are the national famous and old Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment plan and the hospital’s characteristic diagnosis and treatment plan.The most important suggestion for the guideline is to provide a guideline formulation method to increase the doctor’s trust in the guideline.Conclusion The "Guidelines for Primary Diagnosis and Treatment of Children’s Asthma by Classical Prescriptions" makes the clinical syndromes more complete,the prescriptions more accurate,and it can be quickly learned and applied by the grassroots doctors.The quality is good,but there are some shortcomings,and further improvement is needed.
