Objective:To formulate the Shandong Provincial ’ Guidelines for Grassroots Diagnosis and Treatment of Pediatric Cough by Classical Prescriptions ’,and to complete the investigation and evaluation of the grass-roots application and promotion of the guidelines,so as to promote the inheritance,application and development of classical prescriptions.Methods:1.Using the combination of manual retrieval and network retrieval,according to the established literature inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,through multiple databases to retrieve relevant literature,guidelines,teaching materials,famous old Chinese medicine experience literature,different literature to take different quality assessment tools to score,select high-quality literature as the basis for the development of guidelines.At the same time,through manual retrieval of Chinese and Western medicine diagnosis and treatment guidelines and diagnostic criteria and other data of children ’s cough disease as a reference,supplement the syndrome types,treatment methods and prescriptions lacking in literature research,merge the repeated and similar syndrome types,and use the improved Delphi method to formulate the first round of expert questionnaire of ’ classical prescription treatment of children ’s cough grass-roots diagnosis and treatment guidelines ’.According to the feedback results of the first round of expert questionnaire,the second round of questionnaire was formulated.2.The data were collected and sorted out,and the Excel original database was established according to the statistical results of the recovery,and the obtained original data were entered.The mean(x),unimportant percentage(R),coefficient of variation(CV),grade and(S)were used to comprehensively describe and analyze the concentration of expert opinions.3.Electively hold a special meeting of the research group,reach an expert consensus through meeting discussion,and formulate a primary diagnosis and treatment guideline for the treatment of pediatric cough with classical prescriptions.4.Investigate the application of the guidelines at the grass-roots level,and score with reference to the AGREE II scoring standard to complete the applicability evaluation of the guidelines.Results:Through the search terms,the major databases were initially searched.By reading the title and abstract of the paper,1127 articles were initially screened,and 432 articles were left after duplicate checking.According to the literature exclusion criteria,a total of 72 articles were screened out.After retrieval and screening,a total of 10 high-quality articles were screened out.The first round was sent to 32 selected experts,30 questionnaires were recovered,the questionnaire recovery rate was 93.7 %,and the expert positive coefficient was 93.7 %.The second round of expert questionnaire was sent to 30 experts who responded to the first round of questionnaire,30 questionnaires were recovered,the questionnaire recovery rate was 100 %,and the expert positive coefficient was 100 %.At the end of the two rounds of expert questionnaires,according to the results of the questionnaire,a research group meeting was held to form the first draft of the " Guidelines for the Treatment of Pediatric Cough Diseases by Classic Prescriptions " and a questionnaire on the promotion and application of this guideline at the grassroots level was developed.The average scores of 40 clinicians in 25 units on the quality level and application of this guide were between 5.500-5.950 and 4.900-5.750,respectively,suggesting that grassroots doctors have a high degree of recognition of the quality level of this guide.Most grassroots doctors believe that the most needed result of this guide is the national famous old Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment program,accounting for 50 %of the total number of doctors.The main recommendation for the evaluation of the guide is to update the guide in time,accounting for 80 % of the total number.Conclusion:The " Guidelines for the Treatment of Pediatric Cough by Classical Prescriptions " has been formulated.The application and evaluation of grassroots doctors are good,but there are still some deficiencies.
