Study On The Application Of Delphi Method To Formate A Draft Of Guideline Of Moxibustion Intervention In Children With Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections

Object:To investigate experts for moxibustion intervention in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections by applying method of Delphi.To formate a draft of guideline of Moxibustion Intervention in Children with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections.Methods:On the basis of literature research,the collection of moxibustion intervention in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections data,the subject group of experts to discuss the development of three rounds of "moxibustion intervention in children with repeated respiratory tract infections expert questionnaire",more than 30 Chinese medicine practitioners or Chinese and Western medical experts to conduct research.The expert questionnaire mainly includes the diagnosis of recurrent respiratory infections in children,the classification of syndromes,the dialectical selection of moxibustion and the post-treatment treatment.To collect the first round of expert questionnaires,analyzeing and discusseing the results,then revising the first round of expert questionnaires formed the second round of expert questionnaires.Analyzing and discussing the results of the second round of expert questionnaires formed the third round of expert questionnaires.To discussed and analyzed the three rounds of expert questionnaire,formed the draft guidelines.The seletion of experts who are able to give more objective and professional advice on research topics,conduct expert demonstrations,disagree on the draft guidelines,seek consensus,and conduct preliminary guideline.Resuts:Three-round of expert questionnaires was collected in each round of valid questionnaires 35.The first round of expert questionnaire recovery rate was 87.5%,the positive coefficient of experts was 87.5%.The second round of expert questionnaire was 97.2%,the positive coefficient of experts was 97.2%;the third round of expert questionnaire was 97.2%,and the positive coefficient was 97.2%.The draft of guidelines of Moxibustion Intervention in Children with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections was set down.The concentration and coordination degree of the opinions of the experts on this study was obviously high.Conclusion;The preliminary guideline of moxibustion intervention in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections was conducted by by applying method of Delphi.The preliminary guideline of moxibustion intervention in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection had positive significance to improve the diagnosis and treatment of the children with recurrent respiratory tract infections.
