Objective: To study the syndrome distribution and prognosis of childhood asthmainduced by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection, to provide basis for improving clinicalcurative effect. Methods: From2012January to2014January in our hospital treatment of asthmainduced by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children with50cases of the observationgroup, in addition to select the same period in non induced asthma in children withmycoplasma pneumonia infection in50cases as control group. The clinical data collectedin form of questionnaire survey, using SPSS16.0statistical software for statisticalprocessing of the collected data, analysis of the syndrome distribution and outcome of law.Results:50cases of children with asthma induced by Mycoplasma pneumoniaeinfection in hospital when syndromes, cold bunch of lung in10cases, accounting for20%;phlegm heat in the lung syndrome9cases, accounting for18%; damp heat blocking thelung syndrome19cases, accounting for38%; the outer cold and heat syndrome in8cases,accounting for16%;5cases of lung kidney deficiency syndrome, accounted for10%.Remission of lung and spleen qi deficiency in40cases, accounting for80%; Yangdeficiency of spleen and kidney in2cases, accounting for4%;8cases of lung yindeficiency syndrome, accounted for16%. Easy to transform to the lung and spleen qideficiency induced asthma of children admitted to wind cold beam lung syndrome, phlegmheat obstructing the lung syndrome, damp heat blocking in lung, cold heat syndrome ofpneumonia mycoplasma infection, lung kidney deficiency syndrome in remission phasedifference of the card type has no statistical significance. Children with asthma induced bymycoplasma pneumonia infection recurrence rate was62%, the non induced by mycoplasma pneumonia infection in children with asthma and recurrence rate was40%.Conclusion:1. Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in50cases of children withasthma were induced syndrome type, admission to heat resistance syndromes mostly lung, pulmonary syndromes remission spleen deficiency syndrome majority.2. Mycoplasmapneumoniae infection in children with asthma induced by cold beam admission lung, phlegm obstructing lung syndrome, lung heat resistance, cold outside heat card is easy tochange the lung spleen deficiency syndrome.3. Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection inchildren with asthma induced relapse rate than non-asthmatic children Mycoplasmapneumoniae infection-induced relapse rate.
