Object:According to the physiological characteristics of Xuanfa and Sujiang lungs, the self-made Xuanjiang Zhike Decoction was examined.Based on the theory of Xuanjiang fei qi,Xuanjiang Zhike Decoction is feasible for treating acute tracheobronchitis with pulmonary heat.Methods:60 cases of acute bronchitis with pulmonary fever were randomly divided into two groups: 30 cases were treated and 30 cases were controlled. On the condition that smoking and drinking are prohibited, patients in the control group should be given Qingfeixiaoyan Pills orally, and the treatment group should be given Xuanjiangzhike Decoction.Seven days after treatment, the laboratory indexes and safety indexes of blood leucocyte were analyzed in the treatment group and control using SPSS25.0 procedure. Results:Based on the data analysis results, the following results are obtained.Treatment group decreased the blood leukocyte count P<0.05 and control group P>0.05 but there was no significant difference. The treatment group could lower the score of TCM syndrome than that of the control group, both of which were P<0.05 respectively. However, the efficiency of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,The safety indicator did not show any abnormalities before and after the treatment. Conclusion:The Xuanfeizhike Decoction is effective in treating acute bronchitis with pulmonary fever. The Xuanfeizhike Decoction, similar to the Chinese patent medicine Qingfei Xiaoyan Pill in treating anti-inflammatory cough, has significant improvement effect on clinical symptoms and is safe and reliable.Further research and application of clinical trials is necessary.
