Clinical Observation Of Sangbei Decoction In Treatment Of Acute Tracheobronchitis With Syndrom Of Wind-heat Invading Lung

Objectivs: In this study,we observed the acute tracheobronchitis with wind-heat invading lung in Kunming by treated with Sangbei Decoction,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Sangbei Decoction and provide theoretical foundation for acute tracheobronchitis with wind-heat invading lung by treated with Sangbei Decoction in the area.Methods: The 100 patients were chosed from January 2018 to September 2018 in Yunnan Provincial Hospital,which were diagnosised of acute tracheobronchitis with wind-heat invading lung.100 patients with acute bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Jizhi Syrup,20-30 ml 1 time,3 times a day.And the treatment group was treated with Sangbei Decoction,250 ml 1 time,3 times a day.1week for a course of treatment.Stop using other antitussive and expectorant drugs during the medication.After 1 course of treatment,observed the clinical effect of two groups before and after,recorded clinical symptoms of patients before treatment and after treatment according to Grading standard of TCM symptoms and Clinical symptom observation table,observed the changes of tongue and pulse at the same time.Computed each group of effective rate of individual symptoms of contrast and total effective rate,judged the comprehensive curative effect.Results:During the treatment,9 cases were eliminated in two groups and 7 cases were fell off.Among them,in the treatment group,there are 3 cases were fell off and 9cases were eliminated.And in the control group,4 cases were fell off and 4 cases were eliminated.In the end,there are 42 cases in the treatment group and 42 in the control group.(1)The effective rate of TCM symptoms in treatment group and control group was 88.1% and 66.7% respectively.The TCM symptoms scores after treatmentin two groups were significantly improved than before(P<0.01),and treatment group's improvement of clinical symptoms was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the treatment group was significantly different from the control group in improving the cough,phlegm color and texture,nose dry and hot,throat itch,throat dry,throat pain,fear of wind,nasal obstruction(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in thirst and mucous runny nose between the two groups(P >0.05).(3)No adverse reaction was found in all two groups.Conclusion:Sangbei Decoction in treatment of acute tracheobronchitis with wind-heat invading lung,the effect is positive.Its effect is obviously superior to Jizhi Syrup.And it has good security and great development value.
