| Objective:By observing the patients during treatment the comprehensive efficacy of integral, single TCM symptom score, pulmonary function, EOS and CRP count index, system evaluation Dingchuan decoction on patients with acute asthma of heat type comprehensive clinical curative effect, the influence of the pulmonary function and inflammatory index.Method:1. Select our hospital from June2011-December2012(70cases)of Respiratory departments in patients with bronchial asthma with acute asthma of heat type, according to the Chinese medical association respiratory epidemiology branch of the asthma group in2008promulgated the bronchus asthma prevention and treatment guidelines (the definition, diagnosis, treatment and management of bronchial asthma), and formulate diagnostic criteria. Standards of syndromes of TCM reference2002edition of the TCM new drug to treat asthma in the clinical research guiding principles of specified,by adopting the method of randomized,controlled group,70patients were divided into control group (conventional western medicine therapy) and observation group (Dingchuan decoction and routine western medicine treatment),35cases in each.2.Observe the efficacy of the two groups of patients before and after treatment (treatment for10days), the individual scores of TCM, lung function, day and night PEF variation rate, CRP, EOS changes.3.Statistical analysis:sing SPSS18.0statistical analysis. Measurement data with mean±standard deviation (x±s) representation, the two way or comparative analysis before and after treatment in the group, obey the normal distribution, the same group before and after treatment compared with paired t test, two groups compare with independent t test; Count data by chi-square test, rank by rank and inspection data. There are significant differences P<0.05, with statistical significance.Result: 1. The comprehensive curative effect comparison of two groups of cases of observation group total effectiveness84.4%, control group total effectiveness62.5%, cases of observation group total effective rate was higher than the control group, two groups of cases curative effect have significant difference,(P<0.05). TCM syndrome curative effect standard comparison, observation group total effectiveness93.8%, control group total effective rate was71.88%. The total effective rate of observation group was higher than the control group, two groups of curative effect is significant difference, P<0.05).2.Total score:Two groups of cases before and after treatment of TCM symptoms were significantly improved, namely the observation group are significantly better than control group in improving total score, with significant difference (P<0.05). Observation group and control group before and after treatment TCM individual symptom scores, there were significant differences (P<0.05). Comparison group of clinical symptoms, wheezing, cough, expectoration has significant difference (P <0.05), XiongGe full tightness and wheezing, the difference was not significant (P>0.05).3. Two groups of cases before and after treatment,FEV1%,FVC,PEFR%comparison, the observation group and control group in lung function index were improved after treatment (P<0.05), and lung function index of the observation group improved more significantly (P<0.05). Day PEF variation rate comparison, the observation group and control group were significantly improved after treatment (P<0.05), the comparison between observation group and the control group, day PEF variation rate has no obvious difference (P>0.05).4. The comparison of the CRP, Two groups of cases before and after treatment group comparison (P>0.05), that there was no significant difference, the observation group and control group on the improvement of the CRP in patients with the effect is not obvious.The comparison of the EOS, observation group after treatment (P<0.05), with significant difference, the control group before and after treatment group comparison (P>0.05), has no significant difference; The comparison between the two group cases (P<0.05), which has significant difference. Conclusion:The comprehensive effect of the treatment of observation group and control group before and after treatment comparison, Dingchuan decoction significantly improved the clinical effect of bronchial asthma patients, at the same time of each single evaluation of symptoms of TCM, Dingchuan decoction in improving asthma symptoms of wheezing, cough, expectoration is obvious, while the XiongGe full tightness, and wheezing sound (signs) of improvement is not obvious. Dingchuan decoction improvement of lung function in asthma patients is superior to that in control group. Observation group and control group before and after treatment can reduce patients day PEF variation rate,but no difference between the observation group compared with control group. Two groups of cases before and after treatment the blood indicators CRP, the comparison of EOS, the observation group and control group had no obvious significance on the improvement of the CRP, the effect is not obvious; The observation group can effectively reduce the EOS counts of patients. |
