| Purpose:To study the situation and correlation of the clinicians’ job burnout and medical dispute,and to explore formulating measures to prevent medical dispute.Research objects and methods :By the cluster sampling method,clinicians who were lincensed over 1 year were selected.To investigate 305 clinicians by questionnaires which included medical dispute,gender,age,ethnicity,education background,marital status,working years,professional title,work department,daily working hours and workload.Software SPSS20.0 was used for statistical analysis by t test,one-way analysis of variance,chi-square test and binary Probit analysis.Results:1.The emotional exhaustion scores of clinicians were 21.698±4.411.The low personal achievement scores of clinicians were 17.659±5.214.The depersonalization scores of clinicians were 18.623±5.589.Clinicians who had encountered medical disputes in the past three years were 12.46% of the total numbers.2.The clinicians’ emotional exhaustion were affected by age,ethnicity,marital status,educational background,working years,professional title,department and daily working hours.The clinicians’ low personal achievement were affected by age,marital status,working years,professional title and workload.The clinicians’ depersonalization were affected by education background,working years,professional title,department and daily working hours.The medical disputes were affected by gender,professional title and department of clinicians.3.The scores of emotional exhaustion,low personal achievement and depersonalization of clinicians in the group with medical disputes were higher than those in the group without medical disputes,and the differences were statistically significant.(p<0.05)4.Emotional exhaustion,low personal achievement and depersonalization of clinicians had significant positive effects on the of medical disputes.Conclusion:1.The job burnout of clinicians was not optimistic,and more clinicians had encountered medical disputes.2.The clinician’s age,ethnicity,marital status,educational background,working years,professional title,department,daily working hours and worklod affected their job burnout.The clinician’s gender,professional title and department were affected clinicians’ medical disputes.3.The job burnout of clinicians was related to medical disputes. |
