With the improvement of living standards, the demand for health care industry increasingly high patient disputes which inevitably generated, but in recent years this problem, there is a problem with a small industry development has become a social problem. In China, the2000-2010decade (according to the China Consumers’ Association), the patient disputes a single written complaint, the complaint does not contain medical quality and medical equipment, an increase of more than25times. The rapid growth of medical disputes, impede the normal operation of the social health of the industry, but also brought huge economic losses. In the perspective of social work, the study of physician-patient relationship in the system is relatively small, there is no complete theoretical research and analysis, but the urgency of the doctor-patient relationship and support system needs to use the analysis of the doctor-patient relationship in all aspects impact, and identify the reasons for its internal problems, then this method to seek to improve doctor-patient relationship, and promote harmonious doctor-patient relationship theory building. From the doctor-patient relationship, and research-related concepts, the key to an important theoretical tool of crisis management theory as research to prevent and reduce the theoretical basis of medical disputes. Analysis of Chongqing medical dispute prevention mechanisms and the problems and crisis management, in view of the importance of these issues. Public hospitals in Chongqing as an example, analysis of relevant medical disputes the relevance and crisis management mechanisms, factors that medical malpractice investigation. Finally, according to the different stages of crisis management strategies for medical malpractice different characteristics, in order to effectively prevent and reduce medical disputes.
