The preventive and curing funct ionsof the Modi fi ed Decoction of Rehmanniae were synthet ica11ystudi ed on behavior' pathomorpho1ogy 1 zymology etc. The1aboratory resu1ts showed that Modified Decoct ion of,Rehmanniae prescriptions had such functions compared with the model group.1. Improving behavior function of AD rat.2. Decreasing activity of ACHE.3. The activity Na+~K+-ATP esterase, Ca2+-ATP esterase were improved.4. Dropping the activity of AMO.5. Pathologic changes in b8rain tissue were improved. The laboratory prove Modified Decoction of Rehmanniaeprescription is an effective medicinal herb.
