Obiective:To observing the effect of Modified Huoxue Tongmai Decoction on hypercoagulative state in patients with lumbar fracture after operation,providing clinical reference for the prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower limb after spinal fracture with Chinese medicine.Methods:Sixty patients met the criteria for inclusion that choose from Ninth Orthopedic Department of our hospital range from September 2017 to September 2018.By randomisation,it was divided into control group and experimental group,each of 30 cases.The control group only took physical therapy,while the experimental group was treated with Modified Huoxue Tongmai Decoction on the basis of the control group.The D-Dimer,Fib,APTT,PT were recorded and statistical analized at preoperative,1day,7day,14 day postoperatively,and recorde the safety indexes such as the incidence of adverse reaction and 24 h postoperative drainage.Two weeks after operation,the incidence of DVT was recorded by double lower limbs Doppler ultrasound.Objective Evaluation of the effect of Modified Huoxue Tongmai Decoction on postoperative hypercoagulability state in patients with lumbar fracture.Results:1.There was no significant difference in sex,age,body mass index(BMI),operation time and the volume of intraoperative bleeding between the two groups(P>0.05);2.The levels of D-dimer,Fib,APTT and PT in the two groups at postoperative day 1 were significantly different from those at postoperative day 7(P<0.05),suggesting that the hypercoagulable state of the two groups was improved after treatment;3.There was no significant difference in the levels of D-dimer and Fib between the two groups before operation and at postoperative day 1(P>0.05).At postoperative day 7,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),which showed that the experimental group has more superiority in reducing fibrinolytic activity.However,there was no significant difference between the two groups at postoperative day 14(P>0.05);3.There was no significant difference in the levels of APTT and PT between the two groups before operation and at postoperative day 1(P>0.05).At postoperative day 7,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),which showed that the experimental group was more advantageous than the control group in prolonging coagulation time.However,there was no significant difference between the two groups at postoperative day 14(P>0.05);4.There was no significant difference in the incidence of DVT between the two groups at postoperative day 14(P>0 05);5.There was no significant difference between the two groups in 24 hours after operation(P>0.05).In the course of treatment,There was no obvious adverse reaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Huoxue Tongmai Decoction can effectively improve the hypercoagulant state of patients with lumbar fracture after operation,and does not increase the risk of bleeding.It has good drug safety and can be used as a choice of anticoagulant therapy for postoperative spinal fracture,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
