Clinical Observation Of Nourishing Liver And Kidney Huoxue Prescription On Early Renal Damage Of Hypertension

Objective:By observing the clinical symptoms and the changes of blood pressure,urinary microalbumin and serum cystatin C before and after treatment,this paper discussed the clinical efficacy of nourishing liver and kidney nourishing blood recipe for the treatment of early renal damage in patients with hypertension.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,a total of 60 patients with early renal damage in hypertension were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group by the numerical random table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated by conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated by oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with nourishing liver and kidney and activating blood.Two courses of treatment were observed continuously,and one course was 4 weeks.The changes of clinical symptoms,blood pressure,urinary albumin,serum cystatin C,blood routine,liver function and renal function were observed before and after treatment.Results: the general data,efficacy indexes and safety indexes of the60 patients before treatment were comparable,and P>0.05 was not statistically significant.1.The total score of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group;The scores of various symptoms of the observation group and the control group were compared,and the scores of TCM symptoms of the observation group were also better than the controlgroup,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.2.The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group and the control group decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the effect of reducing systolic blood pressure of the observation group was better than that of the control group during the same period(P<0.05).3.After treatment,urinary albumin and serum cystatin C in the observation group decreased,and there were statistically significant differences compared with the control group(P<0.01);4.In the observation group after treatment,there were 26 cases with obvious effect and 1 case with effective effect,and the total effective rate of TCM treatment was 90.00%;in the control group,the total effective rate was 76.67%;there were 17 cases with obvious effect and 6 cases with effective effect,and the difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The effective rate of 90.00% in the observation group was superior to 73.33% in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);6.Ecg,blood routine,liver function and renal function of the observation group and the control group before and after treatment were not significantly abnormal(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Nourishing liver and kidney activating blood can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of early renal damage in patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency and blood stasis block hypertension.2.Nourishing liver and kidney and activating blood formula combined with Western medicine can significantly reduce urinary trace albumin and serum cystatin C levels in patients with early renal damage due to hypertension,control blood pressure and protect renal function.
