Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Senile Salt-sensitive Hypertension (Kidney-essence Deficiency Syndrome) By Bushen Huoxue Lishui Prescription

Objective: To explore the clinical value of Bushen Huoxue Lishui Prescription in the treatment of senile salt-sensitive hypertension by observing the blood pressure control,clinical symptoms and improvement of renal target organs of senile salt-sensitive hypertension patients with renal insufficiency.Methods:Seventy patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.Control group was given lifestyle change + Irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide tablets;Observation group in addition to the control group with bushen Huoxue Lishui prescription.After 8 weeks of treatment,the changes of hypotensive efficacy(24h SBP,24 h DBP,d SBP,d DBP,n SBP,n DBP),hypotensive stability(trough peak ratio of dynamic blood pressure),kidney damage(determination of microalbumin in urine)and TCM efficacy(TCM syndrome score)were observed before and after treatment,and the results were statistically analyzed and discussed.Results: 1.24 h AMBUlate blood pressure: after treatment,compared with before treatment,24 h SBP,24 h DBP,d SBP,d DBP,n SBP and n DBP in both groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05);After treatment,the hypotensive effect of 24 h SBP,d SBP and n SBP in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the hypotensive effect of24 h DBP,d DBP and n DBP between the observation group and the control group(P >0.05).2.Antihypertensive efficacy: the antihypertensive effective rate of the observation group was 87.10%,and that of the control group was 70.97%.The antihypertensive effect of observation group was better than control group(P < 0.05).3.Stably lowering blood pressure: the trough peak ratio of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in both groups after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the trough peak ratio of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P < 0.05).4.Kidney target organ damage: After treatment,urinary microalbumin(MAU)in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the decrease of urinary microalbumin(MAU)in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P < 0.05).5.In terms of changes in TCM syndrome scores,the TCM syndrome scores in both groups were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment(P < 0.05);After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).6.TCM curative effect:the effective rate of control group was 58.06%,lower than that of observation group83.87%(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Bushen Huoxue Lishui Prescription can gnificantly improve the kidney essence deficiency type in elderly patients with salt sensitive hypertension dizzy,lumbar debility,spirit is dispirited wait for a symptom,can significantly reduce systolic blood pressure in elderly patients with high blood pressure,salt sensitivity,and can make more smooth and effective blood pressure control,and can obviously relieve kidney damage,reducing salt sensitivity damage to the kidneys and clinical curative effect is superior to pure western medicine,There are no obvious adverse reactions and toxic side effects in the process of use,which is worthy of clinical application.
