Empirical Study On The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Decompensated Cirrhosis By Chen SiQing Based On Data Mining

Objective:Based on data mining technology,taking the clinical diagnosis and treatment of liver cirrhosis decompensated period of Professor Chen Siqing as the research object,to study and discuss the clinical experience and medication rules of Professor Chen Siqing.Objective to summarize Professor Chen’s clinical experience in the treatment of decompensated liver cirrhosis,and enrich the diagnosis and treatment content of TCM.Methods:A total of 543 clinical cases(47 cases)of decompensated cirrhosis were collected from Chen Siqing in December 2014 to December 2020,xminer Operation Tool V1.4 and SPSS26.0 data mining systems are used to input the medical records that meet the inclusion criteria,establish the medical records database,and apply data mining methods such as association analysis,Cluster Analysis,frequency analysis,etc.,at the same time,combined with Chen Siqing’s clinical experience,the symptoms,tongue and pulse,pathological factors and core prescriptions in medical records were collated,analyzed and summarized.Results:(1)using frequency analysis,the results were as follows:Among the 543 medical records,27 male patients(314)and 20 female patients(229);The main clinical symptoms were right flank dull pain(65.43%),sallow complexion(19.75%),fatigue(16.87%),dark red tongue(52.26%),pale red tongue(24.69%)and red tongue(20.16%)The tongue coating was thin,yellow and greasy(26.75%),thin fur(20.16%),veinlets(89.30%)and stringed veins(72.02%).There are 218 Chinese medicines involved in the medical case,the first 10 high-frequency drugs used were:Lysimachia Christinae(98.77%),curcuma(98.77%),sedum sarmentosum(76.54%),coptis chinensis(74.49%),cuttlebone(62.55%),black clam powder(53.50%),dung beetle(53.50%),caulis spatholobi(50.62%),bupleurum chinense(47.33%)and astragalus membranaceus(46.91%).The first 5 kinds of high-frequency drugs according to their therapeutic efficacy are:antipyretic,antipyretic,antipyretic and antidotal,antipyretic,antipyretic and antipyretic.(2)according to the method of correlation analysis,the symptoms of decompensated cirrhosis were right hypochondriac pain,which was highly correlated with defecation,sallow complexion,poor sleep,fatigue and abdominal distension Tongue coating:dark red tongue is the most common tongue in patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis,and it has high confidence with thin,thin and Yellow Fur,thin and yellow fur and cracks,the most frequent pulse conditions were veinlets and wiry veins,among which the confidence and support of the veinlets and wiry veins were high.(3)according to cluster analysis,Chen Siqing’s prescriptions for decompensation of posthepatitic cirrhosis were mainly Liangxue sanyu prescription,liver depression and spleen deficiency prescription and liver cirrhosis diuresis prescription.Conclusion:(1)this disease is mainly located in liver,involving spleen,lung and stomach,and may involve kidney in the later stage.(2)the basic pathogenesis is damp-heat internal potential,liver failure and diarrhea,horizontal ride spleen soil,phlegm-dampness endogenous,long-time huayu.(3)the basic treatment methods are heat-clearing and dampness-removing method,blood-cooling and detoxification method,gallbladder-promoting and jaundice-removing method,blood-activating and disease-eliminating method,phlegm-dispelling method,and tonifying liver and kidney method.(4)the core prescription is mainly composed of Liangxue sanyu prescription,liver depression and spleen deficiency prescription and liver cirrhosis diuresis prescription.
