Professor Chen Dashun's Academic Thoughts And Experience In The Treatment Of Vertigo Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective:To summarize the academic thought and clinical experience of Professor Chen Dashun in treating vertigo,and provide some guidance for the clinical treatment of vertigo.At the same time,we can provide methodological guidance for Chinese medicine collation and analysis to a certain extent.Method:In accordance with the case of inclusion and exclusion criteria,we selected the cases diagnosed as vertigo in the period from December 2003 to November 2017.we used Microsoft Office Excel 2007 to establish the database and used the related data analysis software for frequency analysis,cluster analysis and association rule data mining method.We analyzed the content of general information.symptoms,medicine use and dose in medical records.We analyzed and discussed the data mining results combined with the actual clinical situation.Results:138 cases included 59 male and 79 female,with an average age of 51.73±14.50 years.The high frequency of clinical symptoms is dizziness,dizziness,dry mouth,irritability,insomnia,headache and so on.In the respect of drug use,the drugs which frequency of more than 10%include Tianma,Gegen,Fabanxia,B aizhu,Daizheshi,Xuanfuhua,Chuanxiong and other 44 kinds.In the respect of efficacy,the drugs involved in Buxu decoction,Pingganxifeng decoction,Jiebiao decoction,Huoxuehuayu decoction,Huatan decoction and so on.Most of medicinal properties are warm,neutral.Most of the taste are sweet,bitter.The meridian is attributed to the liver,also involving the spleen,stomach,lung,heart and kidney etc.10 kinds of drug combinations could be obtained by cluster analysis.16 results were obtained by analyzing the association rules of the frequency>200%.Conclusion:In pathogenesis,Professor Chen thinks that the vertigo disease locations were at liver,and relates to the five internal organs.Liver wind and phlegm are the key pathological factors.He regards that liver wild carrying phlegm disturbance on qingqiao as basic pathogenesis.In the matter of treatment,Multiple methods were applied,such as calming the liver and extinguish wind,removing phlegm and dampness,enriching yin and subduing yang,regulating activities of qi,dynamic and static,ascending clear and descending turbidity.In the aspect of prescribing and medicating,Professor Chen likes using four pairs of pair-herbs,they are Xufuhua and Daiaheshi,Hangjuhua and Chuannvxi,Gouteng and Gouteng and Xuanshen.His empirical formulas are Xuanfuwendan Tang,Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang,Gemaershaoerxi Tang.Professor Chen's treatment of vertigo to a certain extent embodies the academic thought of"harmonization method ".that represents treating diseases for harmonization,compound prescription and simple herbs,flexible and changeable,being mellow and gentle,harmony treatment.
