Study Of Irregular Menstruation Clinical Experience Of Zhang Lijun’s Diagnosis And Treatment Based On Medical Records Data Mining

Purpose:Using database technology and methods of data mining, research and summarize Pro. Zhang Lijun for irregular menstruation of clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment out of the clinical medical records.Method:This is a study based on a large number of Pro. Zhang Lijun’s clinical records which are collected from Hubei University of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient gynecologic outpatient hall. According to the abnormal menstruation TCM diagnostic criteria in clinical medical records, to develop screening criteria, and in accordance with the standard clinical records for screening, diagnosis and treatment are all irregular menstruation standard clinical records of932cases. On the basis of current Chinese textbooks, Pharmacopoeia and the teacher’s drug habits, the symptoms and drug standard language table are organized for this study.According to the standard phrase table, standardize and digitize the symptoms and drugs in those clinical medical records. Set up a standard clinical case database,Using SQL2005database system. Use spss19.0software and data mining methods to analyze and explore Pro. Zhang Lijun for irregular menstruation of clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment. Including the frequency analysis method on drug belonging to four chapters, five flavours and owned by analysis, inquiry in treatment at the time of the trend of drug use; combined with traditional Chinese medicine theory, using the factor analysis method on drugs, symptoms were analyzed, for Pro. Zhang’s irregular menstruation knowledge of etiology and pathogenesis as well as treatment based on syndrome differentiation laws; using cluster analysis method to drugs, symptoms and drug plus symptoms were analyzed, and the most characteristics of the four groups undertook further analysis, inquiry of Pro. Zhang such disease special medication experience and regularity.Results:Through the analysis and research, sum up the commonly used treatment based on syndrome differentiation of syndromes of type9group in irregular menstruation at the time of diagnosis and treatment,respectively:spleen qi deficiency syndrome, syndrome of accumulation of damp-heat, syndrome of phlegm obstruction of spleen (Spleen yang deficiency), liver depression with qi stagnation syndrome (including the syndrome of transmation of depressed live qi into fire), liver and kidney deficiency syndrome, syndrome of yin deficiency with effulgent fire(kidney yin deficiency), kidney essence vacuity, qi-yin insufficiency syndrome,blood heat syndrome. A special medication rule of a total of14groups, and the most characteristics of the four groups were analyzed, including" Sanren soup" applications, as well as medicine for yam, acacia, dodder, Rosa and the Gorgon, Amethyst and seeds of Celosia argentea in irregular menstruation in application.Conclusion:The results are consistent with the Chinese medicine theory, also Pro.Zhang Lijun’s clinical experience with the use of methods, suitable for TCM clinical research experience. And this research has a certain reference value On TCM clinical practice and education.And this research also provide a train of thought and methodological reference For clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine and the old traditional Chinese medicine academic thought studies.
