| Objective:To generalize and summarize the treatment thoughts and medicine experience of Professor Fang Dingya for osteoarthrosis of knee joint (herein-after referred to KOA)by Data Mining.Methods:To collect104clinical datas of KOA,that Professor Fang diagnosed and treatmented.Recording basic personal information of patients such as sex, age,symptoms,tongue and pulse and treatment programs.Based on Chinese an-d Western medicine clinical diagnostic criteria of KOA,a structured electron-ic medical record collection template was formulated.Input collected inform-ation into"Scientific Research Cases of Collecting and Mining System of Xi-yuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences".By using dat-a mining methods such as clustering analysis and association rules,symptom-s,syndromes,prescription,compatibility and their relationships were analyzed and summarized.Results:Professor Fang thinks that common syndromes of KOA is Blood st-asis,Liver and Kidney deficiency,Hot and Humid intrinsic,Qi deficiency and Blood stasis,Qi and Yin deficiency.The main treatment method of treating K-OA were Activating Blood,Supplementing Qi,Dissipating blood stasis,Removi-ng dampness,Dredging collaterals,Nourishing Yin,Clearing heat,Nourishing ki-dney,Nourishing liver,Relieve pain.The key herbs for treating KOA were Cy-athula,Raw Astragalus,Walnuts,Safflower,Paeoniae Rubra,Dendrobium,Angelica, Chuanxiong,Rehmanniae,Dendrobium,Paeoniae Alba, Yinhua,Poly gal a, Clematis,R-aw Licorice,Bupleurum,Citrus Aurantium,Sichuan Dioscorea Collettii,etc.The most common compatibility medication in clinical(Support>0.55) are Walnuts and Safflower,Cyathula and Raw Astragalus,Cyathula and Walnuts,Cyathula a-nd Dendrobium,Angelica and Raw Astragalusetc.Especially,the support of S is-henjian and Xuefuzhuyutang are30%.Conclusion:The data mining analysis results basically reflected thetreatment of KOA clinic thinking and treatment experience from Professor Fang Ding-ya. |
