Objective:Cardiovascular disease can have a serious impact on the body, more harm to the elderly. At the same time, with the development of economy and the change of people’s life style, the incidence of cardiovascular disease caused by bad lifestyle has an obvious increasing trend. This study introduces the world’s advanced health management risk assessment technology and method, applied to clinical, early screening, identification of cardiovascular disease risk factors,at the same time, the implementation of lifestyle interventions for people with cardiovascular disease risk factors,in order to control the disease risk,so as to achieve the purpose of prevention of cardiovascular disease. Methods:The adult population without cardiovascular disease in our department was selected as the research object. In the first part, through the Lifestyle questionnaire to investigate the general demographic characteristics and the risk factors of cardiovascular disease, and through Logstic regression analysis to explore the independent risk factors of cardiovascular disease. In the second part, all the selected people were divided into 2 groups, and the control group was those who refused to accept the personalized lifestyle electronic questionnaire, and gave regular lifestyle suggestions through health examination assessment. The experimental group is a subject who receives an electronic questionnaire of individualized lifestyles, and follows the doctor’s recommendations for lifestyle changes and can be followed up regularly. This study strictly followed the rules and regulations of the Medical Ethics Committee, and obtained the approval of the Southern Hospital Ethics Committee and the subject’s consent and signed the relevant informed consent before conducting this study.Body mass index(BMI),blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipid and serum uric acid levels were recorded before and after intervention for 3 months,12 months and 24 months.Results:(1)General results:of the 1200 patients included,664 men,536 women,age(51.5±4.7)years;Height 166.8 ± 4.9)cm;Weight(61.3 ± 6.2)kg;Waist circumference(47.6 ± 3.3)cm;The hip circumference was(58.6±3.6)cm;diastolic blood pressure was(94±4)mmHg;Systolic pressure(134±0)mmHg;The fasting blood glucose was(7.6±0.9)mmol/L;and Total cholesterol(5.6±0.4)mmol/L;Triglyceride(1.9±0.3)mmol/L;Low density lipoprotein cholesterol(4.6±0.2)mmol/L;The HDL cholesterol was(0.9 ± 0.2)mmol/L;and Serum uric acid(359.6±13.8 mmol/L.)was There were 140 cases of diabetes,116 cases of hypertension and 156 cases of hyperlipidemia. No recent history of medication.(2)Through the lifestyle questionnaire,Of the 1200 patients,496 had high risk factors for cardiovascular disease.age, body mass index,waist-to-hip ratio, living environment, comorbidities, diet, exercise, alcohol consumption, smoking and psychological status of people at high risk of cardiovascular disease compared with normal population, difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of multivariate Logstic regression analysis showed that age, body mass index, sleep, complications, diet, exercise, drinking, waist and hip ratio, living environment and mental state were independent risk factors for cardiovascular disease(P<0.05).(3)The patient’s intention was taken as the grouping standard, and the control group and the experimental group were recorded in 600 cases each. There was no significant difference in basic data between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After 3 months,12 months and 24 months of intervention, the high density lipoprotein cholesterol level in the experimental group was higher, and the body mass index, blood pressure, blood sugar, total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, serum uric acid level was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through investigation and analysis of risk factors for cardiovascular disease, and using Logstic regression analysis, the results show that:age, weight, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipids, uric acid levels and lifestyle are risk factors for cardiovascular disease.Through the implementation of lifestyle interventions, the indicators of high-risk factors can be improved to prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases, which provides a reference for exploring the clinical diagnosis and treatment path for health management of early screening, early prevention and early treatment of cardiovascular disease risk factors suitable for my country’s national conditions.
