Study On The Effect Of Hot Package Combined With Acupoint Application On Abdominal Distension And Constipation After Operation Of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:To explore the effect of heat election pack combined with acupoint application on relieving the symptoms of abdominal distension and constipation in patients after operation of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,and to provide effective nursing techniques of traditional Chinese medicine for patients with abdominal distension and constipation after operation of lumbar vertebrae,so as to improve the comfort of patients after operation,to promote the rapid recovery of patients,in order to optimize the clinical Chinese medicine nursing program to provide a basis.Methods:Using random number table method,78 cases of lumbar disc herniation eligible for surgical treatment of patients were randomly divided into control group and trial group,39 cases each.The patients in the control group were given the intervention measures of routine nursing,and the patients in the test group were given the intervention measures of heat bag combined with acupoint application on the basis of routine nursing.The intervention period was 7 days,before the intervention,on the 3rd day and the 7th day,the first exhaust time,the first defecation time,the score of constipation symptoms,the curative index of constipation symptoms,the degree of abdominal distension and the times of spontaneous complete defecation per week were compared.SPSS21.0 statistical software for clinical data statistical analysis,and draw conclusions.Results:This study initially included 80 eligible subjects,but in the course of implementation,1 patient in the test group was withdrawn due to intolerance to the smell of acupoint application,and 1 patient in the control group was excluded due to incomplete collection of clinical data,finally,78 effective cases were confirmed,39 cases in the test group and 39 cases in the control group.(1)Before the intervention,the two groups of patients were compared in general demographic data and clinical related data,the statistical analysis results showed no significant difference(P > 0.05),baseline data were comparable.(2)Time of first exhaust and defecation: after intervention,t test and rank sum test of two independent samples showed that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the test group was superior to the control group.(3)Score of constipation symptoms: after intervention,the score of constipation symptoms of patients in two groups was examined by Friedman M test,the results showed that there was statistical significance before and after intervention(P < 0.05),the scores of constipation symptoms and the total effective rate of constipation symptoms were significantly different between the two groups(P < 0.05).The test group was superior to the control group.(4)The degree of abdominal distension: after the intervention,the degree of abdominal distension in the two groups was examined by Friedman M test,which showed that there was significant difference before and after the intervention(P < 0.05),the degree of abdominal distension on the 3rd and 7th day after intervention was examined by rank sum test.The statistical results showed that the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The degree of abdominal distension in test group was lighter than that in control group.(5)Weekly spontaneous complete defecation: after intervention,two groups of patients weekly spontaneous complete defecation using rank sum test,test results showed a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),the test group is better than the control group.Conclusions:(1)Hot package combined with acupoint application can shorten the time of first exhaust and defecation after operation of lumbar disc herniation.(2)The combination of hot package and acupoint application can relieve the constipation symptoms of patients after operation of lumbar disc herniation and improve the total effective rate of constipation symptom intervention.(3)The degree of abdominal distension after operation of lumbar disc herniation can be alleviated by hot package combined with acupoint application.(4)The combination of heat lamella and acupoint application can increase the frequency of spontaneous complete defecation every week after operation of lumbar disc herniation,and promote the defecation of patients.
