Clinical Observation Of Anweiningfeizhisou Decoction In Treating Gastroesophageal Reflux Cough With Disturbance Of Phlegm And Heat

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Anwei Ningfei Zhisou Decoction in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux cough with phlegm-heat disturbance and its effect on the quality of life of patients.Methods: 64 patients with gastroesophageal reflux cough were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules,and the treatment group was treated with Anweiningfeizhike Decoction on this basis.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.After the course of treatment,the changes of TCM syndrome curative effect scores,cough symptom curative effect,VAS scores and LCQ scores of the two groups were compared.Results:1.Comparison of curative effect scores of TCM syndromes: Both groups of drug treatments can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the treatment group can improve day cough,night cough,acid reflux,belching,heartburn or burning sensation,abdomina1 distension or pain,mouth The symptoms of dry mouth and bitterness,sputum expectoration,and pharyngeal itching were better than those of the control group(P <0.05);the two groups had similar effects on improving stomach noisy and hiccup symptoms(P >0.05).Comparing the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups,the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.01),and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.2.Cough visual analogue score(VAS)comparison: Both groups of drug treatments can improve the patients’ cough visual analogue score,and the improvement effect of the treatment group is more obvious than that of the control group(P <0.01).3.Leicester Cough Quality of Life Questionnaire(LCQ)score comparison: LCQ scores of the two groups of cases after treatment were higher than before treatment,quality of life was improved,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).4.There were no significant change in the comparison of safety indicators between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: Anwei Ningfei Zhisou Decoction is effective and safe for treating gastroesophageal reflux cough caused by phlegm-heat disturbance.Anweiningfeizhike Decoction combined with western medicine is superior to western medicine treatment in improving the clinical symptoms of patients with gastroesophageal reflux cough and phlegm-heat disturbance,lowering the visual analog score of cough,and improving the quality of life.It has significant curative effect and is safe and feasible.No obvious adverse reactions.
