The Clinical Observation Of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Of Intermingled Heat And Cold With The Treatment Of Anwei Decoction

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and mechanism of Anwei Decoction in the treatment of Gastroesophageal reflux disease of intermingled heat and cold.To provide a theoretical basis for the better guidance of the clinical application of anwei decoction in the treatment of Gastroesophageal reflux disease of intermingled heat and cold.Methods: From July 2016 to December 2017 in affiliated Ruikang Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese medicine with western medicine diagnosis and syndrome differentiation of TCM spleen and stomach diseases of outpatients and inpatients in patients with Gastroesophageal reflux disease of intermingled heat and cold 50 cases as the research object.According to the random number table method,it was divided into Chinese medicine treatment group(oral Anwei Decoction)and Western medicine treatment group(oral Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets),25 cases in each group.The treatment cycle of the two groups was 4 weeks.In the two groups were observed before and after treatment,the TCM symptoms integral change,interleukin-1 beta and interleukin-8 levels,the overall clinical efficacy,to explore the Anwei Decoction in treatment of Gastroesophageal reflux disease of intermingled heat and cold.Results: Compared with the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine treatment group.The Chinese medicine treatment group recovered 1 person,significantly effect 17 people,effective 4 people,invalid 0 person,total effective rate is 100%.The western medicine treatment group recovered 0 people,significantly effective 4,effective 17,ineffective 2,total effective 91%.The efficacy of TCM treatment group was significantly higher than that in western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Total symptom score,the difference between TCM treatment group before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after the treatment of western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the TCM treatment group and the western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).I Each symptom integral,before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group,the difference of symptom score was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before and after treatment of western medicine treatment group,the symptom score was compared before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine treatment group were compared with each clinical symptom after treatment,and there was no statistical difference between the dull pain or the pain of empty stomach(P>0.05),the remaining symptoms were statistically significant.Comparison between Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine treatment group il-1.There was no difference between the traditional Chinese medicine group(P>0.05),and the treatment before treatment,and there was no statistical significance.The non-parametric test(P>0.05)of western medicine treatment group showed no difference before treatment,and there was no statistical significance.Compared with the non-parametric test(P<0.01),there was significant difference in the treatment of il-8 in TCM treatment group.Compared with the non-parametric test(P<0.05),there was significant difference in the treatment of il-8 in western Chinese medicine treatment group(P<0.05),The results showed that both treatments had an effect on il-8,and the TCM treatment group(P<0.01)demonstrated that TCM had a significant effect on il-8.Conclusion: Anwei Decoction can improve clinical symptoms,patients with Gastroesophageal reflux disease of intermingled heat and cold the stable curative effect,worthy of clinical application.The mechanism of anwei decoction in the treatment of Gastroesophageal reflux disease of intermingled heat and cold may be related to the reduction of plasma interleukin-8 level in patients...
