Clinical And Mechanism Discussion On "Flatten Liver And Kidney Of Yin-yang" Of Elderly Hypertensive With "Sang Qi Shou Wu Recipe"

Objective:1.1 Combined with the knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine on elderly hypertension,we explore the advantages of regulating liver and kidney Yin-Yang to treat elderly hypertension.1.2 Provide data support for "Sang Qi Shou Wu Recipe" to reconcile Yin-Yang with the change of cyclic nucleotide.1.3 To clarify the clinical efficacy and safety of the experience preparation "Sang Qi Shou Wu Recipe",an honorary name of traditional Chinese medicine professor Jia-Long Lu of Yunnan Province.Methods:A total of 72 modern medical diagnoses were selected to be consistent with hypertension in the elderly[1],and the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndromes were consistent with the summary of many years of clinical experience of Professor Jia-Long Lu,an honorable and well-known traditional Chinese medicine in Yunnan Province.The standard of syndrome characteristics is divided into treatment group and control group according to the method of randomized controlled trials.This study is a 28-day trial observation.Both groups included in the diagnostic criteria of this study were given the original basic treatment and Western medicine treatment.The treatment group increased the use of Sang Qi Shou Wu Recipe provided by this study.Complete the record of "Self-test Blood Pressure Monitoring Table".After the observation of the experiment,the data obtained were statistically analyzed to analyze the changes of TCM efficacy,TCM symptom score,TCM tongue pulse score,TCM individual symptom score,blood pressure value,and serum cyclic nucleotide index of the treatment group and control group before and after treatment.Results:The results of the study showed that the gender,age,duration of hypertension,grade of hypertension,total score of symptoms,score of tongue and pulse of traditional Chinese medicine,score of individual symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,blood pressure and serum cyclic nucleotide before treatment were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).After 28 days of treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups in the efficacy of TCM,the total score of TCM symptoms,the total score of single symptom of TCM,the total score of single symptom of TCM in the two groups(P < 0.01).The scores of tongue and pulse of TCM in the two groups were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the content of serum cAMP between the two groups,but there was a significant difference in the content of serum c GMP between the two groups(P < 0.01).In both groups,the content of cAMP and c GMP decreased,the ratio of cAMP to c GMP increased,the hyperactivity of the body decreased,and the remission state of the treatment group was more obvious.Conclusion:Under the treatment of taking control of blood pressure of western medicine,"Sang Qi Shouwu Recipe" in treatment group than the control group treatment of elderly patients with high blood pressure of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms were significantly improved,blood pressure decreased significantly more gentle,cyclic nucleotide content decreased,the treatment group of hyperthyroidism state moderate more apparent,combined with two groups of patients' blood pressure and the change of the serum levels of cyclic nucleotides,highlighting "Sang Qi Shouwu Recipe" the curative effect of treatment of senile hypertension,further interprets the level liver and kidney Yin and Yang to promote in the clinical treatment of senile hypertension has a certain significance.
