Objective In this topic, the long-term and short-term syndrome efficacy and safety of Sangqi Shouwufang combined with conventional antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of hypertension and sub-emergency liver and kidney yin deficiency are observed. Methods This topic collected 72 cases of hypertensive sub-emergencies that were admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2018 to March 2020 and were randomly divided into two groups, namely the treatment group(36 cases)and the control group(36 cases). The control group took antihypertensive drugs according to the guidelines;the treatment group added Sangqi Shouwu prescription on the basis of the control group;observe the clinical symptoms and blood pressure changes of patients in the short-term 24 hours;the long-term 4 weeks was a course of treatment, and continued treatment for a course of treatment After that, observe the blood pressure changes of the patients and the TCM syndrome score before and after treatment, and observe the long-term and short-term efficacy and safety of Sangqi Shouwufang in the treatment of hypertension and sub-emergency liver and kidney yin deficiency.Result There was no statistical difference in gender, age, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial blood pressure and TCM syndromes at the time of the two groups of patients participating in the experiment(P> 0.05).1.TCM symptom score and curative effect: After 24 hours of treatment, the symptoms of the two groups of patients improved, the total effective rate of the treatment group reached88.9%,and the total effective rate of the control group reached 33.3%;after a course oftreatment, the symptoms of the two groups of patients The improvement was better than before. The total effective rate of the treatment group after treatment was 97.2%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 88.9%.The total effective rate after treatment was statistically significant(P <0.01);and the treatment group had dizziness,Symptoms such as low back pain, palpitations, soft knees, five upset fevers, zygomatic red night sweats were significantly improved(P <0.05).2.24-hour blood pressure lowering effect: During the 24-hour blood pressure change period, the average systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were not statistically different between the two groups(P> 0.05).3.Antihypertensive effect: After a course of treatment, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and mean arterial pressure of both groups of patients decreased. After the first week of treatment, the antihypertensive effect of the treatment group was significant(P <0.01)The mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the treatment group reached the normal blood pressure level at the second week, while the control group only reached the normal level at the third week.4.No adverse reactions occurred in both groups during the experiment. Conclusions According to the observation data of this experiment, the use of Lujialong Sangqi Shouwufang in the treatment of hypertension and sub-emergency liver and kidney yin deficiency type has obvious advantages in TCM syndromes and improvement of patients’ symptoms, and can reduce patients to a certain extent.Systolic and diastolic blood pressure. In particular, the decompression effect is obvious within one course of treatment, and the blood pressure of the hypertensive sub-emergency can reach the normal range in advance, and there is no adverse reaction. In order to further prove that the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertension is to improve the symptoms of patients,at the same time,it has a certain effect of reducing blood pressure and reducing blood pressure fluctuations.
