Study On The Curative Effect Of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction And Chuanhong Zhongfeng Capsule On Acute Cerebral Infarction(Wind Phlegm Blocking Collateral Syndrome)

Objective:This project relies on the clinical collaboration project of Chinese and Western medicine for major and difficult diseases to observe the clinical efficacy of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Chuanhong Zhongfeng Capsule in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction(wind phlegm blocking collaterals).Methods:This subject is a prospective non-randomized controlled trial.According to the criteria of intake and discharge,Enrolled 72 eligible patients with acute cerebral infarction(wind-phlegm obstructing collaterals),divided into the experimental group of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital encephalopathy center and the control group of the four wards of the Department of Neurology,China-Japan Union Hospital of Jilin University,with 36 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given the basic western medicine treatment recommended in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke in China 2018"(hereinafter referred to as the guidelines),and the experimental group was given Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and Chuanhong Zhongfeng Capsules on the basis of the basic western medicine treatment in the control group,The medication time of the two groups was 10±1d.Before treatment,the two groups of patients were treated with NIHSS,BI,mRS scores,internal wind,phlegm-dampness,blood stasis syndrome element diagnostic scales,after treatment,NIHSS,BI score,internal wind,phlegm-dampness,blood stasis syndrome element diagnostic scale,and mRS score 90 days after leaving the group were recorded,and use SPSS 21.0 software to carry out statistics and analysis on the improvement of the six evaluation indicators.Results:In terms of improving neurological deficits,both groups have curative effects(P<0.05).The NIHSS score of the test group is lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the test group is higher than that of the control group(88.57%VS.75.76%),P<0.05).In terms of improving the ability of daily living,both groups have curative effects(P<0.05),the BI index of the test group is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the test group is higher than that of the control group(85.72%VS.72.73%,P<0.05).In terms of improvement in disability,both groups had curative effects(P<0.05).The mRS score of the test group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the test group was higher than that of the control group(88.58%VS.72.73%,P<0.05).Regarding the improvement of internal wind syndrome elements,both groups have curative effects(P<0.05).The scores of the diagnostic scale for internal wind syndrome elements of the test group are lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the test group is higher than that of the control Group(97.12%VS.81.81%,P<0.05).In terms of improving the elements of phlegm-dampness syndrome,both groups have curative effects(P<0.05).The scores of the phlegm-dampness syndrome element diagnostic scale of the test group are lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the test group is higher than that of the control Group(88.58%VS.63.63%,P<0.05).In terms of improving blood stasis syndrome elements,both groups have curative effects(P<0.05).The blood stasis syndrome element diagnostic scale score of the test group is lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the test group is higher than that of the control Group(97.14%VS.90.91%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the basic western medicine treatment recommended by the guidelines,the combined application of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and Chuanhong Zhongfeng Capsule can better improve the neurological deficit and disability in patients with acute cerebral infarction(wind phlegm blocking collateral syndrome),improve the ability of daily living and help to improve the syndrome elements of internal wind,phlegm-dampness,and blood stasis.
