The Clinical Research In The Treatment Of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction And Acupoint Sticking Of Removing The Wind And Phlegm Treatment Of Ischemic Stroke Recovery (Wind-phlegm Collateral Obstruction Syndrome)

Purpose: Through observing the clinical curative effect of the treatment of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and acupoint sticking of removing the wind and phlegm treatment of ischemic stroke recovery(wind-phlegm collateral obstruction syndrome),in order to prove this traditional chinese medicine 's joint application of internal and external treatment can obviously improve the patient's clinical symptoms,and has positive significance to increase the treatment level of ischemic stroke recovery(wind-phlegm collateral obstruction syndrome).Method: This research was selecting 72 patients who were with ischemic stroke recovery(wind-phlegm collateral obstruction syndrome),those people meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 36 cases in each.The treatment group use Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction decocted in water a blunt 300 ml,150 ml of 2 times a day;acupoint sticking of removing the wind and phlegm,rubbing stick apply 4 hours,attached to the both sides of Taichong,Hegu,Fenglong and Dazhui,once a day.The control group use Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction decocted in water a blunt 300 ml,150 ml of 2 times a day,all those medicine are provided by the pieces of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.28 days as a Thera.After statistics analysis,by observing the degree of neurologic dysfunction and TCM symptom assessment standards,to assess Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and acupoint sticking of removing the wind and phlegm's clinical curative effect of ischemic apoplexy and its protection mechanism.Result: 1.Before the treatment,two groups of general information(gender,age,degree of neurologic dysfunction and TCM symptom),by the statistical test,P <0.05,there was no statistically significant difference,it is comparability between the two groups.28 days after treatment,compared two groups of neurologic dysfunction improvement,after statistics processing,P > 0.05,no statistical significance after treatment;Two groups of TCM symptom comparison,P < 0.05,suggesting that Banxi Baizhu Tianma Decoction and acupoint sticking of removing the wind and phlegm on recovery of ischemic syndromes clinical curative effect is distinct,better than the control group.2.Two groups of patients has not been occurred adverse events while taking the drugs.Conclusion: Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and acupoint sticking of removing the wind and phlegm can effectively treat ischemic stroke recovery(wind-phlegm collateral obstruction syndrome),it's clinical curative effect is better than that Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction,two groups of medications can effectively improve neurologic dysfunction and TCM symptom assessment standards.But the curative effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and acupoint sticking of removing the wind and phlegm is better than Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in the improvement of neurologic dysfunction curative effect comparison,but there are no statistically significant;it is also better than Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in the TCM symptoms curative effect,and it is also statistically significant,worthy of further clinical research.
